This is not a legit operated business. According to the law, they are supposed to send invoice monthly every time they charge, and no response from email to contact form. The business is set up aboard too without a registration in Denmark. The information was fake. I have been talking with my bank but because this looks legal, they are very unhelpful. is there anyone have the similar issue? I am looking into legal measures, would like to find anyone that want to join/share any experience.
I AM TAKING LEGAL MEASURES IF YOU DO NOT RETURN THE 399DKK YOU HAVE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. YOU DO NOT ANSWER TO PHONE/EMAIL.
I HAVE BLOCKED THE CARD, THE BANK IT IS MAKING AN INVESTIGATION ON YOU!
Scam. It is well done and looks relatively legit, but only tries to steal your credit card details and other data.
It's a scam. They will list the apartments on Facebook and then if you ask "the landlord" for more details, they send you to rentia.dk and where you are asked to pay a small fee in order to contact "the landlord". The apartments and addresses are fake, the purpose is to get access to your card details.
This is not a real accomodation help for people who’s looking for a place to stay.
Stay away from this scam. They will just take advantage of your bank information..and withdraw money without your authorisation.
