I selected the car through the app, and when we landed, the owner was already waiting for us nearby. He handed over the keys, explained everything about the vehicle, and together we photographed the car and completed the paperwork.
The next day, the door locking system stopped working. Within hours, they delivered a replacement vehicle to us. Two days later, after the issue had been fixed, they brought back our original rental car. The whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.

I rented a car from Best Rent a Car through this website. I haven't experienced any problems. Everything was easy and trouble-free.

The experience was good overall, price very affordable and reliable company.

The thing that is not allowing me to give 5 stars is that the car we got had more scratches and marks than it was ok the picture and a long crack on the windshield. But it worked as intended and took Ali's everywhere without troubles.

Special thing we got the car with almost empty tank and we could return it the same way which is kind of the opposite of what I am used to.

The contact with the agency was smooth. They were very reactive, and they always responded on a short delay.
Other than that, the car was perfect as I imagined, and it was clean.
