Worst car rental experience ever
I had an awful experience with this rental company. The representative was extremely disrespectful and rude in his communication. On top of the terrible service, the vehicle was very old and in poor condition.
While Albanian people are generally among the friendliest and most hospitable, this person creates a disastrous first impression for visitors. I strongly urge the company not to allow this person to interact with clients ever again. Avoid this business entirely

Not well served
I arrived in airport at 9:00 am. The car reservation was at 10:00, but the seller told me that i’d have to wait just 40 minutes. The car arrived at 12:00 and they weren’t phisically at the airport, but said to me to go to their office by foot. The car that i received was not well made. After a quick stop, it didn’t turn on. they sent me another car, but arrived at 22 pm

We reviewed your booking with the vehicle owner. The car you reserved was a Honda Civic, and on the day we provided a vehicle from the same category (a Hyundai i30 / Ford Fusion). You asked for a replacement after reaching Dhermi (3 hours drive), and they arranged a replacement the same evening, a Mitsubishi Space Star 2016, which you kept for the remainder of your rental, with no further issues.
Even though everything was not maybe perfect, we still think the provider made every effort to make it up, and to ensure your holiday was not impacted.
So we think a one star review is maybe a bit harsh. We do anyway respect your opinion and will use it to further improve our services.

We had an excellent experience renting a car, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, reliable, and exactly as described, making our trip completely hassle-free.
A special thank you to Martin, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. His excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference to our experience.
