Frustrating experience thusfar

Reviews from Paul and Brad hit the nail on the head. I've placed numerous calls trying to get my order canceled and have been put off another day (5 days so far). aside from the calls, I've sent email with no response and have also chatted (which is by far a better way to understand what they are saying). When I originally placed the order, I was given a generous spend amount but was only using a small portion of that approved amount. When I saw that I was not going to receive my TV any time soon, I picked a up TV elsewhere and have been trying to cancel this order for days. I am still pending verification even though I have sent them everything requested. They have even hit my bank account with a penny deposit and withdrawal. I was assured through chat that the order would cancel that night and my account would reflect such: not true. They also inform me that the refund will take at least another 5 business days to credit back my card. I was quite pleased with the approved amount and the price/payments on the TV but when the process bogged down and no one could cancel the order after all the calls I made, what am I to think? They are difficult to understand and I got different responses each time I called. Like I stated, Paul and Brad hit the nail square on the head.

I am extremely sorry to hear about your experience. The first thing I'd like to state is that this order is now being cancelled without any further ado and the amount will be refunded automatically. The 5 business days that was referenced is usually the maximum amount of time for the money to reflect back in your account.

Having said that, I realize that apologizing will not answer for the frustration you might have felt and I assure you that I understand.
We are in the process of revisiting some of our process delays and also training our customer service executives so as to better answer queries and help our customers in making informed choices.

The Samsung galaxy s7 edge came as ordered but I had to accept a different color and it took few extra days to receive the phone. The phone is GREAT and after that the Customer-service was really good I definitely will be using them again

Great site and service

I've had and having a great experience with Rentdelite, the only thing I would say is I wish the payments for more expensive items would be a little more affordable bi-weekly or even monthly.

Difficult to communicate with

Difficult to communicate with. The call center is all Indian and very difficult to have a normal conversation with. Then the delivery of the product took several weeks and was a very strenuous process.
