Regarding property details: We do not list or manage properties ourselves; all listings are automatically fetched from the source website of the respective agency.

The price discrepancy: A difference in rental price should not occur and is likely due to a technical issue. For this reason, we would appreciate to get in touch with you so we can check the specific listing and investigate what is going wrong with the data integration.

Misleading users or property owners is never our intention. Because we aim to keep the information on our platform as accurate as possible, we are more than happy to update the listing.

While we do carry out regular checks on the agencies that advertise with us to ensure high standards, we do not manage the properties, handle tenancy agreements, or hold security deposits. Consequently, we have no direct control over the return of funds post-tenancy.

As we cannot act on your behalf, we highly recommend to contact Citizens Advice. They provide excellent, free guidance on tenant rights and can help you take the necessary steps to reclaim your money.
