Ottavia, the director of Rental Milan, makes a great contact point between landlords and tenants. She is always ready to help and provide support in a very professional and polite manner. I definitely advise owners and renters to make business with her.
I may update this review as I get further into the weeds of the arrangement, but I'd like to point out to anyone else you ends up here that I believe many of these reviews are confusing Rental Milan with Renting Milan. Renting Milan is very expensive and less personal. Rental Milan you will deal exclusively with a woman named Ottavia who is extremely helpful. Especially because that first negative review said "Renting Milan", my guess is many of these are confusing the two because Renting Milan seems to be a higher-ranking company as far as Google searches. It took me longer to stumble upon Rental Milan. I understand the confusion but I also wanted to point this out as many of these reviews may be unhelpful and inaccurate as a result. So far, Ottavia has been very helpful to work with and I find her prices to be reasonable - especially compared to what I could find at HouseAnywhere, Airbnb, Renting Milan, etc.

If you are foreign student and need apartment for rent in Milan for long term and have little higher budget, then Rental Milan is the place to go, their prices are little high but include all the taxes & fees and bills so you will have no surpries. Good luck to find your home!
