The idea behind the app is actually good, but unfortunately the people on it are awful. When I first signed up, I thought it would be an easy way to make some extra income, but it turned out to be a really unpleasant experience. Most of the users I encountered were there for inappropriate reasons, and as soon as they saw I was a girl, many of them asked me to do things that were completely unacceptable. Honestly, about 90% of my clients behaved this way, which made me feel very uncomfortable on the platform.

I’m a cyber friend on the app, and while the idea is great, the platform is a nightmare. Most callers hang up after the free first minute, and support is nonexistent . I’ve sent dozens of emails with no reply. Payments are extremely delayed — sometimes over a month or more. The worst part? You pay for a premium membership expecting fast support and quick profile reviews, but still get ignored. Profiles take days to get approved, and your account is not active while waiting. Admin is disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional. A good idea ruined by horrible management.

This platform works like magic when you understand how to use it properly. The key is to set reasonable rates, actively promote yourself, and not just sit back waiting for things to happen.

Due to the high competition, having a strategy is essential. Promoting your profile through social media or free ads makes a huge difference, in my experience. I signed on as a virtual chat friend. I tried going online during different hours of the day and different days of the week. I didn't get any calls. Regardless of when I was online, the competition was very high. I saw on the home page there were over 6000 pages of available chat friends online at any given time. I think the supply must greatly exceed the demand. The website takes a 20 percent commission fee of workers' earnings, and they can't withdraw funds until they earn at least 50 dollars. I saw rates as low as one cent per minute and as high as 100 dollars per minute. Some of the profiles were obviously cam girls despite the fact that this activity is prohibited by the website policies. Despite the fact the website specifies face pics only on profiles, I saw full body pics, some of which were quite revealing. On top of the commission fee, the website pushes voluntary paid memberships (I never paid) to convince users to pay to get more views of their profiles. (I don't know if upgrading makes any difference.) My husband signed on as a potential customer. He found the website charges a 25 percent transaction fee for customers to add money to their accounts (which is required before they can contact anyone). I wouldn't recommend using this site. It seems they try to exploit people on both sides. They take a high cut of the workers' profits, and the fees they charge customers are even higher. I thought it would be a fun, easy way to earn some money, but it just turned out to be a waste of time.
