I had a drainage issue an internal drain which was overflowing with raw sewage.Jamie arrived to investigate and established that my sewage system was part of a duel system combined with next door.He Immediately called Southern Water on my behalf and made it a ( P1 Priority).Southern Water responded 2 hours later.He did not even charge me for the call out.
VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A STAND UP GUY- WE NEED MORE LIKE HIM ON THE ISLAND!!!

Great service
We called in the morning and Jamie came early afternoon. Checked out the drain with the camera. Found the blockage and cleared it. Pressure hosed the main channel then put everything back together and cleaned up. Brilliant service. I highly recommend RenoDrain to anyone who needs a drain expert.

I highly recommend RenoDrain!
I can’t thank Jamie enough. I called Jamie to see if he could assess and clear a couple of downpipes that over the years had become blocked with moss and silt. Jamie arrived within an hour and quickly identified what needed to be done, whilst informing me of the available options to rectify the issue. Jamie was able to rectify the problem quickly and ensured the area was clean before he left! What a great guy! I highly recommend RenoDrain!

Massive thankyou to Jamie, giving up his own time to help the local community, during these floods and weather warnings whilst Jamie was helping up Broadwood lane, I asked if there was any chance he had his camera on board just to check our Waste line, as Noticed several blockages lately, without hesitation he grabbed his gear and came around, showed me the fault and explained Everything Required to sort the problem, 100% proffesional and genuine nice guy, will definitely recommending to everyone!

Drain clearance and repair
Jamie was really quick to respond to a drain blockage at my house. He carried out a CCTV survey and cleared a really thick root. Jamie identified an additional problem with roots all the way down the drain . This was cleared and the pipe repaired. I was impressed with the service and Jamie's care for the customer, I have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends & family.

Can't recommend this company enough!!
We made a call which was answered immediately and with the reassurance that someone was on their way. The blockage was sorted out and advice given. Jamie was incredibly polite and professional and we found his prices very reasonable. We are relatively new to the island so finding trustworthy and reliable tradespeople can feel very daunting but we can't recommend this company enough. 5 stars all round!
