I have asked repeatedly for my subscription to be cancelled but no answer?

I haven’t even tried the cream yet, and have been debited for £29.99?! I did NOT subscribe to anything so would like a refund please - I haven’t even received a second dose yet?!!!!!

I’m not happy with the product & I had a bad rashes on my face plus it got inflammation.

I have been sending mails to cancel my subscription but no response up until now. How do you explain a debit without an active subscription

I can’t fault it. I am going to try for my second order.

im not one to leave reviews and im also not one for all those creams and potions i will normally buy something from a shop and promise to use it and start taking better care of my skin only to see no results or i simply cant be bothered but this renew me is absolutely fantastic i had very large pores and now there so much better and my wrinkles especially on my forehead have simply gone like iv had Botox or something i also had accidently scraped my skin under my nose with one of those stupid little fine blades meant to get rid of hair i had had it for a yr n now this cream has gotten rid of that too it is so simple to use and gives you the right amount to use every time i don't get sick of the routine and its quick to apply and leaves my skin so refreshed i am on benefits so its a little dear for me but not too much and all the benefits are so worth it and instead of having 5 different potions that end up costing just as much there's just one
one to put on and saves space too and easy to put in my bag wen i go away
brilliant product and company is easy to get in touch with with any questions and they do answer them iv not got one complaint about this product tailored to my skin even my son said my skin looks healthier

Awful. Product itself is fine but they won’t cancel the subscription. Two months of trying to no avail. A huge no.

Be careful when you order from Renew+me. I have never agreed for any subscription but after 4 weeks a pending payment of £29.99 was in my account, there are no options to delete your card details. When I checked my account, I was surprised to find out that I have subscriptions with them to have a ‘’personalised items’’ sent every 4 weeks. Cancelled the subscription I have never agreed for and surprisingly got an email starting that if the payment has been made, the product will be send.
Can not find any informations about returns…

This is such a fantastic product! It’s not sticky and comes with a convenient case for on-the-go use. The personalisation ensures it’s unique to you (no one else touch it!!. The results are top-notch and the price is much more affordable than luxury alternatives. I absolutely love it!

The company has since refunded me the £29.99 charge taken from my account.. thanks.

I tried a cream from this company, the deal was £5.99 so thought i would give it a try. Unfortunately it didnt work for my skin but I thought nothing lost, nothing gained, it works for a lot of others. 4 weeks later I have a £29.99 payment taken out my card and an email stating my order was on the way! What?! 1 - I did not sign up for a 4 weekly delivery and 2 - I did not receive any email saying this was coming up, no heads up that there was a delivery due, you just sent it out without any confirmation. For that reason I will not be ordering or recommending this product to anyone. I have a cream on its way thats of no use to me and im £29.99 down. Disappointing!

It was easy enough to sign up and try the product. My main concern for picking this was my hyperpigmentation. I've been using this for about 2 months and 2 weeks now. I would say overall my skin does look brighter and even. My hyperpigmentation hasn't gone however, I would say be realistic about this as if you have a dark patch that has been there a long time I don't think this product alone would help to get rid. It has lightened it a little but not like a miracle product. Skin does get very dry and starting this during heatwave with intense sun is probably not the best time!

Timely delivery and good product. The dosing really helps in ensuring that users don't over apply product.

So far so good. It’s a great idea and the tube has a good process for dispensing the right amount. My only issue is needing to be careful around the eyes

My biggest issue with this subscription service is that they never sent reminders that the next order was being sent. Due to the strength of the product I could not use every day and ended up with surplus product. I paused the subscription but there also was no communication when the pause was due to end. Additionally, I think I would have benefited from staying at the low dosage but there was no follow up to check if the prescription should be increased. My skin had only just got used to the lower dose when it was increased.
My skin is doing amazingly well now because I have stopped using this product. I gave it six months and never got past the bad skin barrier damage portion of using this.
Two stars because I was sort of happy on the lower dose but even that was very strong.
