THEY NEVER RETURNED MY DEPOSIT!!!

I was referred to Renewable Supply from Hello Solar, and they offered a reasonable offer on a home battery. I agreed and paid a $500 deposit.
They booked an installation date, and was assured they had stock. Then the day before installation, they cancelled due to lack of stock, and I was assured they would get some in the next week.
From there it was hard to get any response, when I tried following up, I kept talking to different people, nobody kept following my case.
Eventually they came back and said that they couldn't do the install, and said to send my back account details. I did so, and they never sent the deposit back...
After multiple emails and phone calls, I have heard not response, and THEY NEVER RETURNED MY DEPOSIT!!!
