I bought this remote (with order number 246752791) to use in my bose soundbar. It is not working on my bose soundbar 700. Let me know what is the issue and how to make this work?

I ordered a remote for my Kogan TV. It arrived in a week and works perfectly! I highly recommend this company!

The remote for Denver DBT-133 did not work. No response at all from the unit.

I placed the order for a replacement remote control for Bose LIFESTYLE235 on 7 Feb 2024.

As at today 7 Mar 2024 (1 month later), I still have not received my order.

Had to work with customer service to solve a technical issue. Representatives followed up with possible solutions and kept in touch until my issue was solved. I was totally impressed with the continued support. These folks will definitely work with you to fully support the product.

Versatile remote control for replacement. The device contains a mini USB slot for command input which can define the remote for different brands. I ordered one to replace my vintage Rotel RTC-950AX preamp based on remote model number. The one I received did not work on amp control. Information sent back to the seller with very fast response. The team worked hard based on my preamp model provided rather than the remote model and found alternative solution. With the remote control code, software and instructions I received from the team, just in 5 minute, the remote control is fully working. Very happy with the seller team. Highly recommended product and seller team for someone who is looking for a remote control replacement.

The picture on the web site was exactly like the Samsung Home Threater remote I needed to replace. Remote arrived very well protected and sooner than I was expecting. Thank you and it works great!

Ordered a remote for an old CRT that multiple universals wouldn't work for. The remote that came didn't work either. Not their fault, I believe the TV receiver is bad. They offered to refund my money or just wait until I had another device that needed a remote. A couple weeks later I was gifted another CRT without a remote. I asked for the remote to be reprogrammed, and they remembered and honored their word. Responses are slow from customer service, but they do value and go above and beyond for their customers.

The remote control didn't work when I have received it but after I have notified it to Remote World it was resolved quickly by reprogramming. Very efficient service. Thank you :)

DO NOT buy these remotes! I have to give this a 1 star since negative numbers aren’t possible. I should have known this wouldn’t work for my sound bar but i’ve wasted 20 bucks on worse things like beer but at least i got some satisfaction from it. I’ve contacted them and still have no reply.

I purchead a remote for my sony dvd in October when I received it ir would not work, Iemailed them and got this reply.
Please write exact model of your Sony device or send us picture of it label info?
We will check if your remote is compatible with this equipment.
The remote control can be reprogrammed.
I have sent the photo of the details 3 times and have still had no reply, I have also sent emails and still no replys

I ordered a remote but my decoder was a different model than the one advertised (my bad) and it didn't work. I contacted them and they helped me reconfigure the remote.

I’d bought a CRT TV for my retro gaming setup but no remote, and no buttons on the TV to switch to AV channel. I’d already bought one remote elsewhere that didn’t work and so tentatively bought from this site (expecting the worst).
