Fast service

Here i am going to past the Remitly Reply to me yesterday. I dont know why Remitly doesn't want to pay me back my money for a cancel transaction on 17th of April its almost going to be 2 months. And they always say that I hav3 to contact customer services of Remitly while I dont need nothing from remitly just I need my refund. Here is their reply

Simple easy for the most part

I was previously using WISE for years and out of no where they shut dowm my account out of no where. I signed up for Remintly and WOW!!! I can say much easier then wise. I have already shared Remitly with many other small busniess. I use it to pay my team over seas! Thank you for making it so easy to use.

I am extremely disappointed with this service.

On 6 June, I sent £350 to India and was told the money would arrive within minutes. However, as of 12 June, the funds have still not been received by the beneficiary.

I have contacted customer support every day since the transfer was made. Each time, I am told to wait another 24 hours. After waiting and following up repeatedly, I continue to receive the same response with no resolution and no clear explanation. Today, I have even been told to wait an additional 72 hours.

The most frustrating part is the lack of transparency and the constant shifting of timelines. If there is an issue with the transfer, customers deserve honest communication instead of being repeatedly asked to wait.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Sending money internationally is a matter of trust, and unfortunately this experience has left me with very little confidence in the company.

It doesn’t have glitches. I just feel good and no worries sending through them. I also don’t have to drive to town which I usually do to send overseas.

To charge more than $30 per each transaction blow $1000 it's more expensive
