ReMint buys iPhones from people across the UK, including the cracked and faulty ones other buyback sites price as scrap. A cracked screen still leaves a phone full of working parts, so we price it like one.

I’ve never heard of this site before. Until a friend of a friend recommended it to me. as my phone had a broken lock button and a smashed back, and I needed to buy a new phone. I was short on some funds, so she said it’s a good idea to get that sold, but my God. The money come to me quicker than I even could imagine. It was all made very easy I will be using again
So, as of today, my phone was officially sent back by the free fast postage provided by remint 3 days ago! Today I received my funds !!
I have to say, this was the easiest sale I have ever made and also the fastest sale. Everything from start to finish, including the website and the easy step-by-steps of actually getting the phone gone was so easy that I can’t wait to do it again. and the money now has already been put into my bank account. I will be recommending this company to anyone who has old phones sitting around, working or not working!
Absolutely amazing services. Stayed in contact the whole time. And payment is already being sent out after it was only taken yesterday
Would definitely recommend.

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you so much for the lovely review, and for recommending us.
We’re really glad we stayed in touch the whole way through, and that your payment was already on its way so soon after we collected the device yesterday.
That’s exactly the experience we want every customer to have.
We’d love to help again whenever you’re selling another device.
Best wishes,
The ReMint Team
Had never heard of ReMint. I’d just sold my iPhone 16 (broken USB and battery issues) for £150 to another merchant, so getting quoted £190 for my old 14 was a surprise and made me suspicious at first. But damn, they were efficient. From sending my phone (collected at home by Royal Mail) to being paid was 24h (still waiting to hear about my 16!). Excellent service, thank you ReMint!

Hi Julian,
Thank you for taking a chance on us, and for such a brilliant review!
We completely understand being a little suspicious when a quote looks better than expected, so we're really pleased we could prove it was genuine.
Getting your iPhone 14 collected from home by Royal Mail and paying you within 24 hours is exactly the experience we want every customer to have.
Fingers crossed you hear back about your 16 soon. Now that you know us, we'd love to help with any devices you sell in the future.
Best wishes,
The ReMint Team
Quoted for my phone with a smashed screen. Sent me a free QR code for postage. It was reviewed and accepted as per the quote provided and paid within 1 day. Amazing service.

Hi Jack,
Thank you so much for the 5 star review! We're really glad the process was smooth from start to finish, from the free QR code postage to your phone being checked and accepted at the quoted price. A smashed screen doesn't mean a phone has no value, and we love being able to prove that.
Getting you paid within a day is exactly what we aim for, so it's great to hear we delivered. If you have any other devices lying around in the future, we'd be happy to help again.
Best wishes,
The ReMint Team

Thanks ReMint team

Hi Jules, thank you so much for the lovely review!
We work hard to keep things clear, simple and quick, so it's brilliant to hear that came across in your experience.
Thanks for choosing ReMint, and we hope to see you again next time you're ready to recycle a device.
Best wishes, the ReMint team
Excellent service
Really impressed with Re-Mint. I was initially a little sceptical because their online quote for my iPhone was considerably better than I’d been offered elsewhere, particularly as the phone had a cracked screen.
The whole process was straightforward, communication was excellent and, after inspecting the phone, they honoured the original quote with no attempt to reduce it. Payment was made promptly too.
A genuinely easy, hassle-free experience. I’d definitely use Re-Mint again and would happily recommend them.

Hi Lyndsey, thank you for such a lovely review, and for being honest about the scepticism at the start.
We get that a lot: a better quote than everywhere else, on a phone with a cracked screen, does sound a bit too good to be true. The quote is the quote though. We'd rather price it properly up front and pay what we said than lure people in and chip away at it once the phone's in our hands.
Really glad the communication and payment lived up to it too. Thanks for giving us a go, and if another phone ever needs a new home, you know where we are.
Cheers,
The ReMint Team

Hi Peter, two reviews in one week, you're spoiling us!
Thanks for taking the time to come back and say so. You've sent us three phones now and it's lovely to hear every one of them went through smoothly, no chasing, no surprises, just paid as quoted. That's exactly how it should be.
Thanks for sticking with us, and if there's ever another phone kicking about in a drawer, you know where we are.
Thanks

It was super easy to sell my phone and they kept me up to date on every step of the process. Payment arrived within a day of ReMint receiving the phone.

Great experience - didn't knock the price down once phone was received (like other providers do). Sent my phone off on the Friday at 5pm and received my payment on the Monday by midday.

Hi Danielle,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review! We're really pleased to hear your payment arrived so quickly, and that the price you were quoted was the price you were paid. Honest offers with no last minute surprises is exactly what we aim for with every customer.
Thanks again for choosing us, and we'd be happy to help whenever you next have a device to sell.
Kind regards,
The Team
This is 100% the place to go for selling old phones. Firstly they quoted the best price which is enough of a reason in itself. But also everything was extremely quick, payment, delivery etc. The tracking system they have on the portal is incredibly detailed and updates very quick. Alongside all of this the customer service is second to none. There was a failed delivery of my phone back to ReMint (no fault of their own) and despite that took it upon themselves to process my phone and payment no more than an hour after it was delivered back to them the following day. All while updating me of the process via messaging (shoutout to James, a huge help). I really wouldn’t think about going elsewhere or recommending anyone else to do so either. Excellent company

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a brilliant review, it genuinely made our day!
We're really pleased you found our price the best on the market and that the whole process, from quote to payment, felt quick and easy. It's great to hear the tracking portal kept you informed every step of the way, as we've put a lot of work into making sure customers always know exactly where their device is.
We're sorry the delivery back to us didn't go to plan first time, but we're glad we could get your phone processed and your payment sent out so quickly once it arrived. We'll make sure James sees your kind words, he'll be delighted to hear he was such a help.
Thanks again for choosing ReMint and for recommending us. Whenever you have another device to sell, we'll be here.

What a smooth experience. ReMint offered the best price but not only that, the price increased whilst my phone was in transit and they honoured the higher valuation. Everything was really smooth and easy, excellent customer service, fast payment. Can't recommend these guys enough. Don't go elsewhere, use ReMint. Much better than the larger companies that are looking to maximise profit. The customer service alone makes ReMint worth it, let alone the fact they likely beat the bigger companies on pricing too. Lovely website too, really nice to use and modern UI.

Hi Drew,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a brilliant review, it genuinely made our day!
We're really pleased to hear everything went so smoothly. When the value of a device goes up while it's on its way to us, we always believe the customer should get the benefit, so we're glad you were able to receive the higher valuation. That's exactly how we think it should work.
As a smaller team, customer service is something we care about a huge amount, so hearing that it stood out for you means a lot. We're also delighted you enjoyed using the website, we've put a lot of work into making it simple and easy.
Thank you again for choosing ReMint and for recommending us. Whenever you've got another device to sell, we'd love to help again.

I chose ReMint because they gave me the highest quote for my iPhone compared to everywhere else I checked. From there, everything was seamless: the site is straightforward to navigate, the pre-paid packaging arrived promptly, and payment was processed and in my account the day after they received the device. Incredibly efficient service! I’ll definitely be using ReMint again in the future, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to trade-in their old device.

I found this company from amazing recommendations from friends I have to say Customer Service is brilliant, i’ve had a lot of old phones lying about they didn’t realise could be worth so much money. I would continue recommending this company to anybody look for your old phones as you could be sitting on some unused money I’ll be using this company and in future!

That's exactly what we're all about, and you've perfectly captured it. We can't wait to help you out again next time, and please keep recommending us to anyone with old devices gathering dust.
Thanks for being such a valued customer!
Remint offered the best price I could source for my used iPhone, hence choosing them. The website is very user friendly, professional and informative without being overwhelming. They swiftly provided all the necessary postage & packaging, and the money was in my account the following day as promised. Fantastic service, I couldn't recommend more and I will certainly use Remint again when I am next due an upgrade!

I shopped around to find a good price for my iPhone with a cracked back. I hadn't heard of ReMint but decided to give them ago. Honestly, I am blown away. The pack arrived, I sent my phone back via the post office and got paid in 2 days, literally exactly as they said. I used a household name last time and they offered me a really low price compared to ReMint. I will definitely use them again.

Samantha, this absolutely made our day! We're thrilled you got such a fair price and that the whole process went smoothly, even with the cracked back. That's exactly why we built ReMint. Thanks for giving us a shot over the other options, and we'd be delighted to work with you again.
Best price I found for my broken iPhone. Return pack arrived quickly, I loved how I could see each stage of the process via my private online portal, was paid quickly & the quoted price too! Would recommend
