The quality of the hair has definitely dropped
I have used this company for many years, and the hair has always been fantastic, however the last two wefts I have used have been terrible, the first one lasted five weeks. When I complained, I was told it was the type of hair, and they sent out shampoo and conditioner to use, which made no difference, I have purchased different hair this time and six weeks later it is matting, dry and shedding terribly, I think it is now time for me to find a new hair supplier,

2nd lot of hair from Remi cachet, first purchased 2yrs ago and they were great, friends have been warning me over the last 6 months about how bad the quality is now and they're using other brands, stayed with remi cachet and it's my biggest regret, spend over £750 and after less than a month, they look like my others did after a year, they're losing a ridiculous amount of hair, snapping, matting and the colour has changed.
absolutely disgraceful when you look at the cost.
and it's nothing to do with how I'm treating the hair as my last ones lasted 15 months
