24 hour support and excellent communication! The whole team is incredible and seamless in their support from set-up, launch, and post follow-up. Their flawless planning takes any stress away and their knowledge and expertise is invaluable.
They send me constant emails about a survey, then its "capacity full" after i clicked the accept button in 10 seconds.. So, I'm supposed to make spare time for them 3 days ahead, then its like this.. What a horrible company. They are making fun of people, treating them this ridiculous.
They send out several hundreds of invitations for a survey that may require one or two hundred participants (often times less). So often you are not even entered into the survey even though you've set aside time to log early and wait. Total waste of time.
Did a 1 hour survey and emailed them alut the fact i still haven’t received a payment after 3 weeks. They respond with some dumb shit talking about “it takes time”.
Complete scam
They don't pay rewards and ignore your emails
Attempted a one-hour survey with them only to find out I was not paid anything due to alleged violation of terms. Scam to be avoided!
Less than 1 star this is a scam, I have attempted to contact after a month, no one has replied and I have not been paid , don’t fall for it and move on
They invite you to a focus group, organize so that you are present and at the time of the meeting they do not allow you to enter. They do not in any way motivate exclusion, on the contrary they invent possible excuses.
Society not very serious and difficult to contact, if possible, avoid it.
Its a scam. They don't pay you what they promised you for your service.
Det er svindel. Hvis de lover dig et gavekort eller en monetær beløning, så er det løgn.
