I liked the ease of editing pics and captions and being able to shuffle memories. However I had hoped that I could write more and still have bigger pics. It was one of the main reasons of choosing remember when. But I did make do with what was possible. Overall a good experience. The quality of print is nice the pics are clear. I had a good time making this album.

Though I have made all the text very short with 2-3lines still photos are very small most of them are cut..you shdnt print 4photos in a page if you can't print full photo and editing is horrible... I had got a book like this for my 1st kid elsewhere and quality was very good in that..pages were good quality and they took time to edit and put full photos instead of printing cropped cut photos.. I can understand the quality will vary depending of our click but book design and editing is your responsibility which is very disappointing... literally no design with very small print of photos inspite of small text and photos many heads are cut off from picture... I myself could have made a better album

I absolutely loved the memory books! I discovered this website a little late, but I’m so glad I found it. One of the best things is that you can simply send your photos through WhatsApp, and they create the book for you.
I had already shortlisted around 700 photos and was looking for a way to bring both pictures and videos together in one place. That’s when I came across Remember When. Since I was creating an entire year’s worth of memories at once, it did take me some time to go through and upload everything. However, if you start early and add a few pages regularly—whether after a special day, at the end of each week, or month—the process becomes incredibly easy and manageable.
The final book was delivered beautifully, and I was genuinely impressed with how thoughtfully the pages were arranged. The layouts, photo placements, and text all came together perfectly to tell the story.
I’m already planning to create my future memory books with them as well!
Great way of storing memories. Especially the little notes that they send on WhatsApp about the baby’s progress is something that helped me a lot. My grand child’s many phases of growing up now are treasured in short video clips which I can see with my phone whenever I please.

The idea is great! The fact that I can use the pictures via WhatsApp was great but it was not very convenient. If I had to edit I had to login and change the sequence/pictures. The support from the team has been great. There are limitations with collage but if I used another app to create cute collages and used it in the book. The pictures have come out great, even the ones which lacked clarity. For this price it is totally worth it.

The experience wasn’t very satisfying. The print quality makes photos look dull, and the automated system limits customization. The entire image couldn’t be fitted into the specified size. It feels quite restrictive.
The QR code feature for saving videos is the only highlight. Overall, it doesn’t feel worth the price.
