The Good & The Bad
The Good: Customer Service answered all of my questions promptly and delivery was reasonably prompt.
The Bad: The package arrived badly damaged and two of the six filters were damaged to the point of being completely unusable.

I am very happy with my hot tub…but not with customer support and replacement parts.
I am very happy with my hot tub purchase. I do have some negative feedback on replacement parts and support after purchase. I have been waiting for over a month for a replacement air pressure gauge. Mine broke shortly after setting up my hot tub. I do not want to add air into my hot tub until I get my new gauge as I am afraid to overinflate the spa as it can void warranty. I have spoken to someone multiple times requesting one to be sent and still have not received anything. I also ordered replacement 6 pack of filters. 4 out of the 6 arrived severely damaged and unusable. These filters were shipped in a loose package, not a box with no foam or bubble wrap which makes no sense at all to me. I reached out to customer service over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything back yet on replacements. Very unhappy with customer support and replacement parts. Would love some help with this issue.

Last about 3 months hot tub stop heating. I took all the steps to troubleshoot. So I finally reached . First of all you call the customer service number and it goes to straight voicemail. Then I sent a email . Nothing No response. The hot tub is complete garbage and I would stay far away from purchasing the 6 person hot tub . Never Again !!!

I bought this Hot Tub it didn't come…
I bought this Hot Tub it didn't come with a mat for it to sit on had to buy Me some from Temu. It also didn't come with Barometer to check the air pressure. I followed the instructions to a T. I filled it up to correct water level turned on heater to get it to 104 degrees which took two days. I went out to go sit in it and a seam had ruptured causing it to deflate. I called them and told them what happened. They said they were sorry and would send a replacement. I told them several times when they send it I wanted everything that is supposed to come with it. My replacement came a week later I opened box and the mat it sits on and the Barometer was not in it. I called them and was told that that equipment doesn't come in the same box with the Hot Tub. I've texted and called several times. Well it's been 10 days after I received the Hot Tub and still haven't received anything I asked for. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BRAND OF HOT TUB. BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

My filters still have not arrived, I ordered them 4-8 or4-10-2025, its now 4-27-25 i tried to request usps shipping but it was sent ups i paid for shipping within 5-7 days and its now been 13 days and counting, who knows if ill ever get them. Customer support is atrocious, maintence instructions inadequate, technical assistance ridiculous and undelivered as promised. Dont snyone purchase this or any of these productswhat joke
I haven't received the hot tub filters…
I haven't received the hot tub filters and they haven't responded to my email. It's been around 3 weeks since I order them. Update...I emailed the company twice and got a response that they would ship the filters out. I got the filters two weeks later.
Questions answered
While I was investigating purchasing a "hot tub" RELXTIME, was the only one that, answered my questions within a day. These were complete whole answers, no information in part or whole of my questions was left out. The phone number is even local to me. The actual product, works great. I bought the extended warranty from RELXTIME.

Hottub to arrived damaged can’t be used. Bottom of floor has a huge bubble across it. Doesn’t heat up. And other issues I hope to get a full refund. Edited. I got a full refund. Go with Coleman worth the extra 100-200.
Save your money and buy a real hot tub
Had to get a new contol panel after filling tub....after a few delays they sent one out. It has been working properly til now....the warranty is up and water is leaking from pump draining the tub....expensive lesson....save your money and get a real hotub....
great customer service
Purchased hot tub, after one month heater element stopped working. RELXTIME sent a replacement within 3 days, unfortunately it was damaged during shipment. Contacted RELXTIME and they sent me a whole new hot tub, love this company and really love sitting in the hot tub every night.
