Clothing brilliant - when it finally arrives

Good quality flattering stuff and I’ve ordered quite a few things between 2021 and now, but sadly every time I order delivery is very slow and I never have this issue with any other website or Evri delivery. I ordered on 02 Dec from the encore collection - designed with Christmas time and celebrating in mind, and they still haven’t sent my package out. Evri are still awaiting the package and ive got a reply from Evri sooner than RELR which is saying something. I see from social media that they are short staffed just now but I think the delay now exceeds being short staffed. Still no reply to my email. Every time they are slow with delivery I say I’m not ordering again; but this has been much worse than previous times and will absolutely be my last order, sadly! I hope they can sort it out and start replying to emails.

I’m having the same issue as the others…

Ordered several items on 29th November order 99138 still not received and looks like they won’t arrive before Xmas.

It appears that I’m having the same issue as the others although I can see that my order has just been dispatched so I’m hopeful. The previous three orders I’ve made have also been very slow to arrive in summer. I ordered the brown bodysuit and after several weeks I was contacted to say they were having issues with the supplier and did I want the black bodysuit so I agreed I had to then send another two emails several weeks later prompting when said bodysuit would be sent. I can see that comments on Instagram. I’ve been switched off and they’re not accepting queries by a DM anymore, the quality of the garments is very good however, you are paying a super premium price for a bodysuit so I would expect the customer service to be pretty good. Their communication is not good when things go wrong it takes a long while to resolve.

Still waiting for my order, no communication

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. There has been no response to my email, and social media comments have been removed and/or switched off. Really disappointed by the lack of communication - it's just not acceptable. Even a general message to explain there are delays or issues (if this is the case) would have sufficed. I ordered the dress for an event on the 19th and starting to think I won't receive it in time... it has really put me off ordering again. :(

Ordered a large order on 27th November…

Ordered a large order on 27th November and still yet to receive any tracking details , all of their social media comments and DMs have been turned off and there is no response by their email address . I love the brand however feel very let down by lack of communication.

Really annoying because I love their clothes

Really annoying because I love their clothes and if I ever actually receive my order I am 99% certain I will love it and want to keep it but really let down by their lack of communication regarding my order. I placed it on 27th November and as of today haven't had a shipping notification. I understand they are a small business but to treat loyal customers this way and not give any updates and also to turn off messaging and comments on their Instagram shows there are internal issues! Its really a shame.

Update 18/12 - Finally received my item and of course i love it and the quality is amazing. Just disappointed with how long it took and their lack of customer service and not even addressing the issues on Social media.

4 months post partum

I Most recently ordered the Kelly skort, I’m almost 4 months post Partum and it made me feel really good when wearing it, on my first night out away from the baby. I have ordered from RELR plenty of times and is always a smooth experience

The customer service is really letting…

The customer service is really letting this customer down.
I’ve always been a huge fan. Even an inner circle member… I placed an order in the Sept release and then ended up cancelling as the stock didn’t arrive for months. We were assured this time that placing an order for encore would be much faster and they wouldn’t release a new collection without stock being on the ground. This was a lie. I placed 2 orders on the 27th November and I’m still yet to receive any item? I’ve since emailed to Chase and promise it’ll be posted.. still no dispatch notification. I’ve now emailed to cancel one of the items as the whole point of order was for my Christmas party and this has now been and gone. I’m shocked that after the fail of the September launch and stock issues they would again delay items being sent and not have a plan in place to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I’m gutted as I’m a huge fan of the clothing and quality for the customer service is a huge let down

Communication issues but good quality products

Updated review - took three weeks for items to arrive. Items are great quality - bodysuit and leggings.

There was issues with communication, emails weren't replied to (due to staffing issues) - I had different tracking codes, one said delivered, which worried me as I hadn't received anything. I ended up messaging on the owner's private account, as I was worried that my order was lost, and luckily she did reply , and helped me sort out the delivery issue I had and the new items were sent out again.

I think if you aren't in a rush to receive items, then it's worth it. Hopefully, as RELR gets more staffing again, the customer service side of things will improve again.

Appreciate the help with sorting my order.

Lola Dress❤️

Bought the Lola Dress absolutely love it! fits like a glove very flattering the material is lovely

Always a 5* experience!

Where to start with RELR… I honestly cannot fault the quality. Every piece is beautifully made, and the products are absolutely gorgeous. I have been purchasing from RELR for a few years now and cannot find fault with the products or the customer service, both are fantastic!!
The bodysuits are incredibly sculpting, pulling you in, in all the right places — the best thing… even with a bigger bust, no bra needed! The trousers are a dream too, perfect for work and effortlessly styled into the evening, making them a real wardrobe staple. And not forgetting the butt-enhancing leggings… I practically live in them!
I can’t recommend this small business enough. My wardrobe is bursting with RELR!

Delayed refund

I had to return my order totalling £199.75. Payment was made via PayPal. Relr refunded me three times via PayPal and it failed every time. Finally got a refund via bank transfer on 7th December. Took a while but we did get it sorted.

Poor customer care and not received

Ordered the brown kym bodysuit in October, was then told they could not provide the brown one as the manufacturer had sent black ones, agreed to have the black one sent out on the 17-11-25, was told it would be shipped that day.
I also agreed to keep the order for the brown so have paid for two bodysuits and am still waiting for both to arrive!!!
Numerous emails sent and no response back.

Whats more frustrating is they were still selling these products online last week

Over 30 euro go return my items and get a refund?

I ordered from this company at the end of September. I had picked an outfit for a party that was at the end of November, I never imagined the outfit would be delayed so much that it wouldn’t make it here in time for this. I had to chase them for an initial update but credit where credit is due customer serve did reach out a few times to keep me updated on where the package was etc. The package arrived this morning so needless to say it missed the party, small issue really but I have no further use for it so decided to send it back so it didn’t go to waste plus the material wasn’t what I was expecting so I knew I wouldn’t use it. Over 30 euro to return an item that I had to wait two months to receive is extremely expensive. It would really put me off ordering again as no step of this process has been smooth.

The fee is an automated fee via our Global courier service, however you are able to send any returns back to us via your chosen courier method which will hopefully be much cheaper. ** Update - following on from your response to my review I wanted to clarify the comments you have made.
The communication last week was to cancel my inner circle subscription which had automatically renewed without any prior communication letting me know that it was going to take place and offering me the opportunity to cancel. The first I knew was when I had a notification from my bank saying the funds had been taken. Your team was on this occasion were very quick to rectify the issue, which I’m very grateful for.
Regarding me not raising my concerns with you before writing this review, I have done so previously, including emails on the 2nd June, 1st July, 23rd October and 27th of October.**

I have previously given RELR a 5 star review because their clothing is beautiful, however over the last 6 months the customer service has dropped to the point where it’s now unacceptable. I’ve had to contact their customer service team on nearly every order I’ve placed in the last 6 months due to a collection of issues ranging from incorrect sizes being sent, clothes being faulty, or their courier losing parcels; when a courier number couldn’t be provided to prove the parcel had been shipped.
I have forgiven a lot due to the fact that I love their clothes, however the final straw came with their HoH collection, which was released on the 30th of Sept and now, two months later, items from the collection still haven’t been dispatched. Lack of communication and mixed messaging, when there finally were updates, has sadly left me with zero faith in the brand.
