Great service. Wery efficient and the phone was like new.

This is my second preowned phone, but my first from Relove Tech. Preowned iPhone 12 in excellent condition, exactly as described (perhaps even better - it was one grade down from pristine, but to me seems as good as new) i was a little nervous about the stated 100% battery health, however the battery functions brilliantly, it was delivered super quickly, in environmentally conscious packaging, whilst still very secure. The small bit of customer service I had to do with a query was handled great, thanks to Paul. All in all very happy with this, and will be looking to use again in the future.

Easy online ordering service. Excellent customer service/communication. My phone arrived the next day in eco friendly packaging and in pristine as new condition.
Cheaper option to buy refurbished phone and go sim only contract which is also better for the environment.
I have recommended this company to friends and relatives and will be using again soon to replace my IPad.

I was so tired of always wanting the next new phone and had been thinking abot buying a refurbished one for a while. When I found Relove, I was delighted because it's not only better for your wallet and for the environment, you can actually play a part in helping others too. i got the iPhone 11 and it came packaged really well, and it looks brand new. Works perfectly, and now I literally don't see why I'd ever need to buy a brand new phone ever again? What's the point! Customer service was also spot on. The world needs more social enterprises like this!

The price, service and value from this company is A1. It is rare nowadays to get good customer service but this is what you will get from this company. The reconditioned iPhones x 2 and reconditioned iPad have both been like new. Great for presents as all come in professional style boxes I wouldn’t have known they weren’t brand new. Highly recommend.

A lovely phone that looks and works like new.
Galaxy S10 arrived within 24 working hours and was very well packaged. Easy to transfer my Sim and files into the unlocked phone and I've had no issues at all with adding my own apps, syncing, or using the phone's functions. Its been my regular wifi hotspot for work over the last few weeks with no signs of overheating. Was described with minor scratches on the bodywork but I cannot see any damage. I'd not bought a refurbished phone before and was quite wary about it. I researched various sites before deciding on Relove Technology due to their positive feedback, charitiable initiative, and UK location. Very happy I did.

Bought a phone last week, came the next day as promised.

Initial phone I had ordered was out of stock due to a website glitch. Customer service was excellent and upgraded my order to a better phone free of charge. Exceptional customer service and phone good quality.

Ordered iPhone, phone came but with a minor defect not described. One email later (promptly answered) upgraded replacement supplied. Great customer care. Did think about 4* review for oversight of defect but after care made up for it.

Had a very good experience with these guys. Would highly recommend.
