Sub par packaging and not all options available
My second subscription order received last week. I wasn't too happy again about lack of choices (no breakfast option which breaks up my diet) also the packaging was a bit sub par. All the pouches just thrown in a box.... Just waiting for an accident to happen.
Other than that the product itself and customer service when you deal with ten is pretty good.
I'll see how my next order goes for consistency.

Took money from my account and haven’t received anything
Out of stock on most flavours and contacted me by email to let me know and ask if wanted my order held back till they have these flavours back in stock however have still taken a payment of £188.00 from my account and no meals sent, I have tried to contact them in several cases and received no reply and try to phone customer services on numerous occasions and the line cuts me off and says line busy.

Performance Meals
My order was delivered quickly without any problems. The meals are very tasty and so easy to store and prepare.
The only slight issue I notice is that the packs are slightly too tall to fit in the microwave, is I have to fold the top to get it to go in. Sometimes, this causes the pack to stop spinning as the top of the pack gets caught on the top of the microwave.
Overall, I am very happy with these meals.

The delivery was very quick and the customer service was fantastic with a very quick response to my questions but the reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was because I ordered the 30 day package and expected to get what was described which was the 10 all day breakfasts but to find out they were all sold out after I had purchased the package. This should really be pointed out prior to purchasing. Like I said it was sorted in the end and I got a mixture of other meals to make up the shortfall from the all day breakfasts. But I was disappointed to find out there was no all day breakfasts. But other than that, fantastic service :)

Decent food but one of the meals opened during the delivery
The food has a decent taste but I ordered the week pack and 1 of the meals opened during the delivery so the whole box was leaking liquid and had to throw that meal to the garbage.
It is my first time buying and I am not super happy about that.
