Any time I need anything I can always count on the Relias Support Team as well as our Account Manager to walk me through it.

The good thing about Relias, if you can't finish immediately, you can always go back and finished the trainings.

Courses are practical, not just theoretical, and the built-in assessments help ensure the learning sticks. The platform also tracks progress clearly, which motivates learners and helps organizations maintain compliance without hassle.
Constructive suggestion:
One area for improvement would be streamlining the user interface on mobile devices. While the desktop experience is strong, mobile navigation could be smoother for people who want to complete training on the go. Adding more interactive elements—such as simulations or branching scenarios—could also make complex topics even more engaging.

Easy to follow website with clear directions of what modules need to be completed first, second and third. Ability to send automatic email notifications regarding training deadlines to employees if you utilize this option. Can send emails to employees if new courses are added to employees training.

The chat support feature is very convenient and helpful.

Wish Brain Sparks were available for our created trainings as well. I do like Brain Sparks.

It would be nice to have more trainings in Spanish.
