The installer was courteous, professional left the site clean answered any questions. Took the time to adjust the blower speed on the furnace which made the a/c circulating the upstairs much better. Couldn’t ask for better service. 10 out of 10 score.

There was a leak detected and he advised the leak was fixed. He said a component needs to be replaced and would cost 2200. The unit is one year old. I dont feel I was advised correctly. If a technician needs to return for a third time then the problem was never fixed only a band aid solution.

The service agent is the only one who vacuumed our furnace after all the years we have rented it no one else has ever done it. He serviced the air conditioner as well and changed the furnace filter. He was very pleasant and professional.
