While purchasing an Air Fryer on 23rd Oct'23 at Reliance Digital Kharadi Pune, it was committed by the salesperson that I will get a Philips make Toaster free of cost. While taking the delivery I was denied to get the Philips Toaster. I contacted almost all possible channels of Reliance digital and Versuni following days but every body said that I can not get it.
I feel strongly that Amazon and Flipkart are better places to buy electronics, industrial and kitchen products.

Don't ever buy any products from reliance digital. Always try to buy directly from brand show room. We bought samsung refrigerator who's cooling drastically reduced after 2 years. We raised complaint with reliance digital. After several calls and shouting came a team who was incompetent and failed to understand the issue.
Then came brand technician who said there is a need to replace compressor.
We still waiting even after 30days of complaint. This is the fate of people who opt for insurance from reliance digital. Very disheartened and disappointed with the attitude of entire team.

Zero star rating don't buy Panasonic ac from this store we purchased ac last month back and ac noise is horrible we requested for replacement but saying no replacement because it is default noise by the way panasonic brand claiming it 34 to 36 but getting more than 50 db before purchase the product get clear information about the product and they are sekling to reach mothly target selling .
Before buying ac ask them to give live demo if they unable to give don't buy in reliance digital .

Silly fellows saying our acs also getting more noise .
Comming to brand panasonic don't buy because they are claiming it is default sound
Ask them provide certified noise test what they mentioned before selling product
Service also not good instead go and buy in other store

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE FOR ME. I WILL SUGGEST NEVER EVER BY ANYTHING FRM THEIR ONLINE PLATFORM. I HAD BOUGHT PRODUCTS, IT WAS SHIPPED WHICH WAS NEVER DELIVERED IT TO ME, GOT CANCELLED AND REFUND NEVER CAME IN A MONTH EITHER. I KEPT TRYING TO CALL THEM AND EMAIL THEM BUT THEY NEVER HAD ACCURATE REASON WHEN WILL I GET THE REFUND. FINALLY PLANNED TO MAKE POLICE FIR ON THEM.

I would like to give a negative rating to Reliance Digital store bcoz
I bought a 55-inch LED TV from Reliance Digital Store in Udaipur, but the delivery hasn’t been made even after 20 days. The Reliance Digital Store is not providing any help or cooperation. My overall experience has been very bad, and I would advise everyone not to purchase anything from Reliance Digital.

Extremely Disappointed with Reliance After-Sales Service – Avoid Extended Warranty

I purchased two LG air conditioners from Reliance along with extended warranties, based on the assurance of reliable after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I raised service requests multiple times (3-4 tickets) for maintenance, and each time I was assured someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, no one ever visited or called, and the tickets were closed without any action being taken. Despite escalating the matter to the CEO’s office and area service manager, all I received were empty promises that service would be scheduled – which never happened.

Even worse, the representative from the CEO's desk misled me, and no one took ownership of the issue. This clearly shows a complete lack of accountability and customer focus.

Please be warned: Do not purchase extended warranties from Reliance. These warranties are managed by third-party vendors, and the service quality is extremely poor. I now regret trusting Reliance with my purchase and warranty.

I am currently demanding a full refund for the extended warranty and plan to take legal action by filing a case in consumer court. I have retained all necessary evidence including emails and audio recordings to support my claims.

Reliance has failed its customers and lost my trust.

I have purchased iPhone 17 from reliance digital online store on 04th Oct 2025, which is obviously a prepaid order. After placing the order expected delivery date given was 08th October 2025. While tracking the order, they are claiming they have shipped the package on 06th Oct2025. But the irony is, there is no AWB number and delivery partner assigned. I have noticed this and contacted the customer care to get the AWB number by thinking it might be a technical issue.

But no one is able to provide the AWB number and any further information regarding this and keep telling I will be receiving the product to on the date mentioned there. I don't understand why they are accepting the order, even if they don't have the item in inventory? Why they are updated the product is shipped? Why the are manipulating the sales? Why cheating the customers by giving fake promises? I am it's a fraud practice.

Still I am waiting at my office place to receive it, by thinking Where will be my package 📦 and who will be this unknown delivery partner who doesn't even need any AWB number to complete the delivery?

Prices are a lot different than other stores. They make a fool of you. Please double check the prices before buying anything from here.

If i could i would have rated it 0/∞ . They have put Xiaomi 15 ultra as in stock. The phone is available nowhere in Inida other than reliance digital website. Mi releases the phone in batches at random dates and time but except that its unavailable everywhere. So the only place a person would buy it from is reliancedigital. And guess what it is a complete scam. They accepted the order then waited 2 days and then cancelled it. No communicastion nothing. I contacted the customer service and they said it will be delivered on 7th September and said theconcerned team will update the details soon and the update i got is they cancelled the order. And as of now the product is still in stock on reliancedigital. All they did was take a large amount off 1.1lakh and then used it to earn float interest then returned my amount. They win we lose. Nd then you multiply it wil thousands of such products and millions of people. They are just scamming people.

I would like to give MINUS TEN STARS for their very poor tenth grade services as well to their Customer Care Executives. NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL as well Reliance Group of Companies. Bought LG Dishwasher, taken RESQ plan for extended 2 years. They failed to provide services for more then 15 days after multiple reminders and failed to identify problem. Machine could not be repaired after multiple attempts and they keep on charging for parts though it is in paid AMC plan

When i had placed order for Boat 170 ANS it was priced at 1099 and next day delihvery team says in correct address order cannot be delivered and order getting cancelled due to technical glith and after 3 days same product they selling at 1399 in the name independance day sale. . so just to gain more profit they cancelling customer order and when putting complaint they do not respond possitvely.

reliancedigital should make the sales person more cooler and composed they are screaming on the customers

I placed an order on 2nd July 2025 from Reliance Digital (Order ID: RD686544C40EE0807C85) for a washing machine. The promised delivery date was 4th July 2025 by 9 PM, but as of 5th July, the product is still "In Process" — it hasn't even been shipped.

I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, but they are not providing any proper response or resolution. No tracking number, no timeline — just complete silence. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for such a big brand.

I request Reliance Digital to either deliver the product immediately or initiate a refund without further delay. Other customers should be aware of this poor service experience.

0 star rating for location prem nagar ambala city haryana. Such a poor service. Don't purchase anything from here. They are selling used products. It appears that the store engages in unethical practices, such as selling used or defective products under the label of "new" by simply reapplying new stickers. This is completely unacceptable and deceptive. Customers trust that they are purchasing brand-new, fully functional products—but that trust is clearly being misused.

Absolutely Disappointed – TCL & Reliance Digital Both Ignored My Complaint

Review:

I bought this TCL QLED TV (55 inch) in December 2024 from Reliance Digital, expecting reliable performance and post-sale support. Shockingly, within just 4 months, the display started showing issues – screen going black, flickering, and unwatchable image quality.

I raised a complaint in April 2025 with Reliance Digital, who assured me it was forwarded to TCL. Till today, June 2025, there has been ZERO response. No technician visit, no replacement, no updates – just complete silence from both TCL and Reliance. This is the kind of negligent customer service that customers must be warned about.

Spending hard-earned money on a brand like TCL thinking it’s a good value is a huge mistake. If you ever face issues, be ready to struggle for months with no resolution. TCL clearly does not care about Indian customers once the product is sold.

Avoid TCL at all costs. Their after-sales support is a joke, and Reliance Digital seems equally irresponsible in following up. Don’t waste your money or peace of mind.
