I think there needs to be a better rating system for the hosts and housing. The apartment I stayed in was not great and it would be nice to give a heads up to others about the cons/pros of an apartment. My stay occurred in December but wasn't closed until last week. I sent a deposit to host but it said "pending" for months. He did not return it - no explanation.
