I do not recommend this shop at all. This is a fraudulent online store!
I ordered a cap from them in the specific size 7 7/8. However, when I added it to the cart, the item number suddenly showed size 7. For this reason, I contacted their helpdesk for advice. I was confirmed that the only available size was the one I requested, 7 7/8.
I then placed the order. After a week, I naturally received size 7. Additionally, the cap was in poor condition and looked as if it had been very badly stored or even worn (torn-off tags, dirty).
I informed the shop about the situation. The response I received was merely arrogant, referring to their own return policy, which does not comply with European law. They did not want to discuss a refund or the reimbursement of return shipping costs.

I've ordered two jackets to Chisinau, Moldova on 27 November. Their website says that delivery takes maximum 14 days. Don't believe this, guys. Today is 17 January and I still haven't received my order. 2 bloody months! From Germany to Moldova is a 30 hours car ride and a 2 hours flight, and after 2 months I'm without my order. I've started a dispute on PayPal on 23 December, before this time my order still was in Germany. It just stayed there for an entire month. The worst part is that after 1 January 2020, I have to pay a 30% tax for orders bigger than 200 EUR, before 1 January the limit was 300 EUR. My order is 230 EUR. That way, because of their unprofessional attitude, I have to pay 70 EUR of taxes, if I finally receive the order, which I don't believe will ever happen. Another thing is that I've also ordered a winter jacket and now the winter is almost over, and I don't need this bloody jacket anymore. So, the conclusion is they don't keep their promises and don't want to take any responsibilities for this. Strongly not recommended. Btw, after I contacted them (it has been already a month after I made the order) a get a response, saying: "Be patient". BE PATIENT???
