Amazing customer service
I am so pleased not only with the product and company mission, but also the customer service. Somehow, my order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it. I checked the post office, etc... but couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted Releafbag via email and explained that I still wanted my order, but that it had not arrived. Within a couple of days they had resent my order via DHL with tracking. My order arrived precisely when the tracking said it would. I am so glad to have the bags for my event this weekend and am very proud to have them be environmentally friendly. I will be ordering from Releafbag from now on.

Releaf bags are brilliant! Sustainability is a key part of the branding for my ceramics business and Releaf has become one of the key pillars of this. My customers really love the idea that they're made from leaves. I love them and wouldn't be without them now!

Good quality
Good readability, no problems scanning (considering darker color), no paper residue remains in printer, so no clogging etc. Paper is well made. Overall very nice product. Will replace my standard paper with it.
