I watched your delivery driver throw my package into my front driveway from roughly 5ft away, hitting my car parked in my driveway before landing behind the car. No where near my front door or my back gate which I was notified the package was left, as it’s my safe place. This is the first package I’ve ever had delivered by Relay and it will certainly be the last.

Order was delivered via Relay Courier. While the live tracking map was useful, the delivery was delayed past the initial estimated time window without a status update. The package itself arrived safely but communication around delays could definitely be improved."

Getting better but very late at night
Had a few problems with relay in past just leaving parcels on doorstep and not knocking on door but this time the delivery driver waited and knocked so getting a bit better but don't like the late deliveries

Twice now when ordering online my parcel was suppose to be delivered by relay and both times now they have never arrived, no explanation no nothing, not even an apology or follow up!
Won’t be ordering from anywhere who uses relay

Tracking was inaccurate
Tracking was inaccurate.
Delivery attempted (to a shop according to tracking) on 18th. Shop closed. No idea where the parcel was from that date til it appeared days later delivered to my home address. Customer services didn’t care. Seller couldn’t get info without my phone number!
