45 minutes from time of opening RelayPay account (including ID Verification) to receiving the money in my bank account. Used ETH (Coinbase wallet) to AUD, quick conversion time and good rates, will use again!

I spoke to a young lady named Lina Lukosiunaite early this morning, i was concerned with a transaction in regards to my crypto account with affluent trade.
Lina explained the process of transactions with RelayPay giving me a better understanding how a transaction works with RelayPay and the involvement of processing.
I had a query and it was responded to immediately with a professional attitude and friendly advice. Lina Lukosiunaite took her time to provide the information I was looking for. The matter hasn't been resolved on the other end with affluent trade, however I've learnt some valuable lessons.
