Totally useless company. Sat in all day waiting for a parcel. Then late pm told you are the next delivery. Then status changed to by 20:45. Then told parcel delayed for 2 days 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking service! I've had to use them twice because there was no other option and both times the wrong item was delivered. Awful. Don't bother using.

Absolute load of rubbish! Totally unreliable delivery company. They either lose the parcels completely or they mix them up. Removed them as a delivery option from my Vinted account now. Wish I’d done it sooner!

Parcel was not at the shop to be collected, messaged multiple times requesting assistance from relay and had nothing back yet, it’s been days. The parcel is lost, awful delivery service, avoid!!

Could give 0 but there's no option...a) complicated posting system. b) takes ages.c) often lost parcels or wrong items sent to wrong people. Not gonna use it, switching it off on my vinted and don't recommend it to anyone. Avoid avoid avoid.
Dreadful, do not use for your deliveties
Have been using this company as a Vinted seller and chosen by buyers probably because it’s cheap. Theres a reason it’s cheap. They are appalling, very late and numerous lost deliveries. I have four ongoing issues and no means to get answers for my customers. I have deleted them as an option on my Vinted account. I don’t feel that dropping off at these corner shops is secure either.

Can’t give less than 1 star. One delivery to smirk on Saturday, GP surgery closed so rather it being left with business next door they had chucked it at side of building that you can just about get your arm in.
Today a delivery at home asked to leave with neighbour or put in garden. It was left in from of gate in full view of anyone walking past.

Terrible service my delivery slot changed 5 times throughout the day. I took the morning off work for my parcel and it ended up arrived at 8pm. Absolutely terrible service.
Incompetent
The courier delivered to the collection point, together with a load of other parcels, and then took them all away with him 🙄. Still no sign of (re)delivery.
Update: item got re delivered to the collection point and I was provided with two QR codes by Relay. One of them related to my item but the other item was not mine. Left the other item at the shop but no idea how the item will be repatriated to its owner.

Yet again no help from contact support staff. Maybe Relay should be told their contract is under review because I’ve told Shein of the poor service many times, and relay still fail and have zero accessibility options for deliveries which they should legally provide for doorstep deliveries.

If I could give 0 star I would. First time I’ve ordered on ASOS unfortunately no choice in delivery courier and they did not deliver my parcel. This has been thrown over someone’s fence of a house when I live in a flat

Awful - parcels delivered to shop that hasn't even signed up to Relay. All items returned to sellers. No option for them to refund me. Don't use this company.

If I could give a MINUS I would, one word for this so called delivery company, DISGUSTING, not only did they take nearly 2 weeks to deliver but they forgot to send me the details to pick my parcel up, they did send me a message saying my parcel was at the pick up shop but when I went to pick it up the shop keeper refused to give it to me because the message RELAY had sent me was not good enough to prove the parcel was mine he needed a scan code so I went back home and contacted RELAY asking them to send me a scan code they replied saying they would contact me in 72 hours. Now call me stupid but why didn`t they just put the code in the message they sent me? Because they are an utter waste of time. My parcel is due to be returned to the seller tomorrow (7th July) and they still have not replied to my several emails to them, so if I were you I would leave this excuse for a delivery company WELL ALONE.
