great service and quality, but discounts miscommunication
Thanks for great service and quality goods! I've made an order of a wrong colour and the managers quickly confirmed they would change the item in the order. I ordered the delivery to Ukraine and it was very fast, with no extra cost.
What was dissatisfying, is discount system announced on the webpage. Discount for Facebook fans is announced as 10%, then you open the page where it is described and even 20% was promised! However, when I made an order, an automatic discount of 5% was added and there was no possibility to change it.
Anyway, it was a pleasant experience, thanks to everyone who was involved.

My order was delivered within 3 days all the way from Italy.

Late response; Coupon code useless
The staff responded so late and I need to send second emails to remind them. Besides, the system could not syn the special coupon code and the bulk order discount, so the special coupon codes are useless. The staff just advised me to use the special coupon codes for next order!!! Why I cannot use the coupon codes for this time?
