Complicated process of transferring money into Relai.
First I am not allowed to wire money from a joint account. Then you make a transfer from a single account but it didnt match the buying order.
Guys, this is a lousy customer experience. I came by recommendation but overall I am pretty dissapointed as she process does not give you any trust in this company.
In addition your customer service is mediocore. Instead of jumping on a call with the client and helping him to send you money you send me repeatingly the same instructions.`
If you want to play champions league have a professional after service.

It’s doing all the right things. Stayin bitcoin only app. is what i love the most. Still hoping to resolve their issue with apple in EU. I’ve been lucky to download app from Appstore before it was removed. So now in Slovenia is not possible to use this wallet. That’s a bit sad cuz it’s really good piece of tech!

I’ve been using Relai for a while now and it’s been a very positive experience. The app makes it simple to buy and store Bitcoin securely, with a clear emphasis on user ownership.
Here’s what really stands out to me until now:

- Self-Custody: Secured by a 12-word seed phrase, so you truly own your BTC. Just don't loose them!
- Transparent Fees & Fast Purchases: No hidden surprises and standing orders execute quick.
- Helpful Support: Any questions or issues are quickly addressed, ensuring a smooth journey. Very helpful and efficient!
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Relai and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a easy way to invest in and protect their Bitcoin. For BTC it's the way to go - It's all in your own hands! If needed, you can still have a different account with a CEX for other coins such as Coinbase, Kraken or Binance. They go together perfectly.

Forced nfc kyc process completely kills the experience. I just bought a new smartphone, but cant complete kyc process now because of forced nfc shit in kyc process which my smartphone doesnt seem to support. Its not relai's fault, but it still sucks and makes the app unusable. The surveillance state can be proud of itself. The Customer Service is very bad too, giving you the same useless guides again and again, when u have a particular issue, but that doesnt help.

Anyone who doesn't want to go through the verification process can always use the 12 words provided (which Relai never gets hold of) and move their bitcoin as they please
Potential is there.
Easy enough UI to understand. wish the graph was a bit more detailed (coinbase does this very well). Buying coins is a bit of a hassle. Tried to buy repeatedly with the same method. Kept giving me error messages until it magically decided to work. Lost good rates that way and it's a bit upsetting.
Overall the potential is there but could still be improved upon.
