I ordered a treadmill but it was broken. I promptly sent it back and reported the damage during transit. Despite this, they blamed me and refused to let me buy from them again. When it wasn’t my fault. The constant problems and poor customer service make me definitely not recommend them.
This is a really good company Dan one of the managers sorted my issue with my treadmill and is management team Martin was brilliant they sorted my problem out very quickly I recommend this company very honest people
I emailed the company prior to buying as wasn't sure which one I should get. David was very helpful and prompt in his replies.
I bough the treadmill on Wednesday afternoon and was delivered by Friday afternoon (same week).
Have used it twice so far and very happy with it. Very sturdy and having the incline is a plus.

Very good REKA Fitness treadmill, prompt delivery as described.
Never received my order. How a treadmill goes missing after being sent is a mystery. Have asked for a replacement, emails going ignored. Contacted the courier myself who have confirmed that there is no trace of the item since it was dispatched. Seriously disappointing and will now have to raise issue with payment provider to resolve if a replacement is not sent. Beware buying from this company.

We bought the REKA Fitness Pink 2-In-1 Treadmill as this seemed to be the best suited to our needs. Really quick delivery and super price. Simple to put together, took a few minutes, easy instructions and up and running. We did have an issue with the Bluetooth but an immediate response by customer services, arranged a partial refund and supplied a free Bluetooth speaker. Cannot fault this machine or company
