Somehow I was sent 5 bottles of…
Somehow I was sent 5 bottles of Renovia, which I was charged. I did not mean to order that many bottles. The product smells awful and after using just one dose, my skin broke out in angry red welts. I cannot return the bottles because after several weeks of e-mailing them, no one at Renovia will respond to my e-mails. There is no phone number available to call. This has got to be a scam.

I have been a loyal customer for years…
I have been a loyal customer for years now. Although, this product doesn't work for everyone...it does work for me. In the evening it is hard to get my brain to turn off - this is the exact cherry on top to get my body to relax and drift off to sleep & stay asleep. I love that it is all natural - convenient to use - and easily transported should I not be at home. Their customer service is top notch & response is quick with clear communication.

Spray nozzles do not work. Total waste
I ordered a six month supply. Three of the bottles the spray does now work. There is liquid in there but none will come out. I have contacted them twice and no answer. I am past 30 days because I ordered for multiple months. This is a scam.

This company dosen't fool around they are on top of everything. First great product I have had sleep issues my whole life from nerves and anxiety and this product helps me relax and works great. Amazing customer service and a great product
Earlier last month I made a purchase from Rejuvia and I was really excited to get the product Midnight Bliss, the oral sleep spray, to help me get to sleep faster. I have had sleep troubles since I was a child.
When the package arrived about ten days ago, it came with no product inside it at all. The back of the envelope had been slit open and all of the product was gone. I contacted the post office and they did not have any product that had been lost or misplaced on their end. They reviewed the carrier's history and they did not think it was the carrier's issue. They recommended that I contact the company and also file a lost merchandise claim.
I reached out to Rejuvia the day that I got the empty package. Not only did they reply promptly but they reordered my entire order for me AT NO COST to me. It was over an $100 order that I had placed. That is a lot of money and I was so impressed that they ordered it for me with no charge to replace the missing items.
When the new items came about 10 days later, the new items came in a very secure shipping box. I have been able to try the product for the last week and have given a cartridge to my son who has trouble staying asleep. So far I have really liked it and it does not knock me out like the half of sleeping pill I take occasionally. When I take the sleeping pill I wake up feeling drugged and run over in the morning. When I have used the spray, I fall asleep pretty quickly and I wake up feeling fine. I am so impressed with this small company! So color me impressed with the customer service for this product and also for the product itself. Really impressed with how they handle this because I've been so excited to try the product.

The product works well
The product works well, but was even better as the customer service! The sprayer did not work on my sleep spray and I happen to respond to an email that they sent me letting them know that the sprayer didn’t work into my surprise. They responded to my email and ship me out a new one that gets a five star rating because it shows they care about their customers.

Problem with a unit
We have been using this product for about 3 months now and we love it! This product has helped us with sleeping better and waking up with the WOW factor of how we wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day!! Customer service is absolutely amazing! We had one of our spray bottles that failed while using it and it was about 1/2 way full when it quit spraying! No questions asked and this small family company will be sending us a replacement unit at no cost! Truly amazing and thanks for the awesome customer support Rejuvia team! So if you’re on the fence, get off it and try them out!!!

I use the sleep spray
I use the sleep spray. I have great difficulty, falling asleep and staying asleep since I’ve been using this product. I would say my sleep is improved about 60% which I’m happy with. I have had several bottles where the spray won’t come out of the bottle shake it. Nothing comes out. I’ve reached out to customer service on three different occasions. Honestly, first time I reached out I got no reply however, the second and third time I reached out they were very quick to reply. I explained my issue. I sent them pictures of a lot number and the tube and they have replaced my spray on both occasions. I think they must’ve had some issues with staff in customer service department. I can truly say that when I reached out two days ago and about two months ago, I received an email and a replacement product so I will continue to use the sleep spray
