I have bought 2 machines from rejuvafresh and both have malfunctioned within a few months.

The first one was a quick fix, the second has been broken for over a month.
They said it was a faulty pump, sent a new one out for me to fit. When I received it they messaged to say they send the wrong one out, which meant I had to wait for the correct one to be shipped again.

Once the new pump arrived I fitted it as per instructions, but the machine still didn't work. They then said it was the main board that needed replaced, so they sent me a new one. I'm absolutely shocked to find out I need to do the fix myself. The reason for this is the whole board is sealed with glue! It's impossible to pull out the cables to attach to the new ones.

I've injured myself countless times trying to fix this machine, and it's still not working after over a month.

The machine is under warranty and I am a returning customer, to say I'm beyond disappointed with how I've been treated and the customer service I've had is an undertatement. I've had to cancel so many appointments and now have scratches and cuts all over my arms and hands, because they seem to think it's acceptable for me to take apart a machine and mess with the electrics to fix it myself when it's clearly a big issue if the main board and pump doesn't work and sending replacement parts. This is basically replacing the whole machine! The machine should be replaced under warranty.

I've complained several times and don't seem to be getting anywhere, that's why I have decided to share my experience. I'm hoping this will prompt you to look at your terrible service you have provided and make amends as currently I would never buy from refresha again.

Machines are high power with valid safety ratings and not way overpriced. I discovered their best hair removal laser is better performing than Candela, as far as comfort and speed are concerned at least. Excellent and responsive customer service also.
