Quality of product poor
Quality of product poor, wanted a heavy weight silk and it was really floppy. Unfortunately whole experience regarding delivery and return completely messed up by Evri.
Sadly I live out in the country and have to pay for Reiss delivery and returns, but these are not happening on time as per promised.

Shopping with Reiss is excellent, parcels arrive super fast to the local next store, and returns are very simple

3 deliveries, one not arrived no refund
The order was sent as 3 separate deliveries, one of which still hasn’t arrived.
The order was for 3 suits, but logic didn’t prevail and send one suit per delivery, but rather mix and match them so I only actually have one complete suit.
Rather than automatically refund or send the suit I was told to contact customer service to reorder it myself or request a refund.
