We trusted on comments, we started working with Reinstate Amz.

They said they would help in the beginning and they sent the appeal after paid fee.

The appeal they sent was completely "Copy & Paste". Because although we provided the information, the category, information, content they appealed belonged to other vendors. (I can prove it to anyone who wants. I still have the Emails between us.)

We noticed mistakes in appeal. This situation occurred in 2 different appeals.

When I asked for a revision, they made us wait. He says that they will help by calling by phone.

It was absolutly LIE!

I hope he's reading this. He didn't keep the promises he had made. They never refunded. They defrauded us.

My Amazon account is still not reinstate. (Over 5 months have passed.)

They never helped. DO NOT TRUST !!!
