This service is exceptional because these people are exceptional. Real talent should not go unrecognized, so I share with you that this service was worth every penny I spent on it. Nikolai is perhaps the most affable and engaging service representative with whom I have had the privilege to speak. He approached my serious difficulties with intelligence and thoroughness, and was patient in presenting what turned out to be the optimal solution. Gergana was assigned first to my case and helped me understand my role in fixing the many problems I was facing due to the high-jacking of my computer, and how the course of correction would proceed, staying diligently on the job for five hours, before handing the baton to Stephen, who then completed the work over the course of many hours, providing a fix for one very serious issue that I could find no one in the Microsoft technical service blogosphere, over the course of the past week, who could say anything better than that there was no solution and that I must learn to adapt to that. In my opinion, ReImage is worth the money and the professionals on staff are competent. Their efforts were prodigious and, as Potter might say, their results, "Brilliant!"

Stephen of Reimagtech have been working on my computer over the past couple of days, the reason I have used Reimagtech is to try and reduce the amount of spam e-mails that I receive every day, Alex the man on the desk recommended their service saying that they would clean my computer and hopefully reduce the spam. Stephen has been very patient and has worked well on the machine, being an ageing layman I had no idea what he was doing, time will tell if the spam is reduced
