DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL NEVER GET IT THEY CHARGE SHIPPING TOO ON SOMETHING YOU WILL NEVER GET

I received a ring from my mother-in-law for Christmas that was the wrong size. I thought the ring was beautiful and had nice meaning behind it so I placed an order for 2 rings that were *suppose* to be 3 sizes larger than the one I received. Upon receipt of the rings I could immediately tell they were the incorrect size and didn’t fit my finger - they were BARELY bigger than the original size I received. I contacted the company... no response. I sent a second email 3 days later and finally got a response. They asked me to send a picture of the tags on the rings proving they were the wrong size or to show other proof that they are. Convenient for them there weren’t any tags, the rings just came in plain plastic baggies. So I asked them how they would suggest I “prove it” so they can send me the correct size. My last email to them was on Thursday January 21,2021 and as of Wednesday January 27,2021 I have not received a response. This is not a customer-oriented company. They lack communication skills when there are issues with an order and they provide zero assistance with righting a wrong.
They deserve 1 star but I am going to give 2 because the rings truly are beautiful.

At first rings were beautiful after 2 weeks the bands changed clr and turned my finger green. Very disappointed 😞

Purchase 2 necklace and pay for two, but when I received the package in just 1 week, there are 3 Reiki Geometric Necklace inside my package, when I check again the website, it says Buy 2 Get 1, so this store is very honest and I love the necklace really makes me looks soo pretty and coordinates with any outfit I wear..5 Star is not enough shud be 6 star, highly recommended Jewelry Store..

I have read other people's reviews on here. I don't know why they are complaining. I have ordered 7 items on here and love them all. I get compliments on the 3 necklaces.

this is cheap stuff. I ordered the necklaces for gifts. No way could I give one as a gift. They are terrible cheap looking. I contacted them to return for a refund. The address they gave me was in Israel which costs over $20.00 for postage.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. When ordering my full address was input. When they mailed from whatever facility they didn't put my unit number on the package. My initilal order was 12/9/20, now their customer service (LOL) is saying it will 2-3 more weeks, I have asked for them to cancel my order and refund me in full, with no response yet. Buyer beware!

Very bad customer service. I order a set of rings, earrings and was supposed to get a necklace free. Never received the necklace. Contacted customer service was told they would get the necklace out right away. I then proceeded to explain that the rings were incorrect that the size was also wrong. There Customer Service agent stayed that all there rings come with size labels. I explained to the agent that there were no labels, I even sent pictures. Then the agent said to send them back for a refund and sent me an address in Isreal. I find that odd since they are located in Delaware and have a location in California as well. Absolutely worst...

I ordered some necklaces that I wanted to give as Christmas gifts. The settings for their so called crystals is not quality at all. I also order a clear crystal healing ball. It looked like a piece of glass! My order was shipped out of California, but when I chatted and got an address to return this stuff it's in Israel!!!

Terrible material and not worth the money. I’ve learned my lesson I won’t order again. Everything I purchased was defective within two weeks of wearing occasionally. I called, emailed, and tried to chat w someone to no avail. Poor customer service.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I ordered some items from the so called Reiki healing.com. The amount is $74.66 US After reading on here other people had problems, I am now worried I got scammed like the others!!? They won't tell you their location in the states and you never talk to anyone live! Their server at their end is not up and running so you get a failure to deliver your message when you reach out to them. ALSO I just noticed there is ANOTHER amount of $74.47pending on my visa card and I ONLY MADE ONE PURCHASE!!! So it looks like I got SCAMMED!!!! I have cancelled my visa card. Such dishonest people in this world!

Ordered a necklace right back at beginning of COVID crisis. It hadn’t arrived in stated time but allowed a couple more weeks because of situation. When it never turned up I wrote to them but they replied with a form to complete to contact them. Gave them all the details and they never got back - even after several following emails and forms! They have blocked me on their Facebook site also as I had left message for them to contact me about it! I am wary of using any Facebook advertisers now. Why can’t they screen these companies to save others being scammed.

Ordered some rings and they were faulty. I emailed them and even sent pictures as proof. However they have ignored me. I then tried to reach them by chat and poof she was gone with no chat available. Then to top it off I called the number only to have them play a recorded message saying to email them to a different address as stated on their site, which I did that as well and no reply. Oh and not to mention a separate order made with them. I really hate when places false advertise. Especially when they post in their customer service FAQ that they want their customer base to be completely satisfied with their product. Truly they don't seem to care, I guess for them they took the money and ran with it. So one less customer doesn't hurt.

I ordered the REIKI HEALING SQUARE CRYSTAL RINGS (PAIR) in purple. They came in a reasonable time, and the stones and enamel inlay are quite beautiful. However, in wearing them for less than a week, the brass is already showing through on the shank. Such a shame. These would be perfect in actual sterling.

Ordered/paid for items for Xmas presents on November 10th 2019. Despite numerous emails. Left a message to call too it is now 30th December and I don’t have the gifts nor have I received any responses
