Last year, I placed an order for tires that were never delivered. After countless phone calls, most of which were either abruptly cut off or left me waiting on hold for hours, and endless attempts to reach out via social media, no one from your company could explain why the order had no estimated delivery date and was supposedly stored in a temporary warehouse, without any clear reason.

To make matters worse, you had the audacity to charge me twice for the same order. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, but what truly astonishes me is the complete lack of competence and accountability shown by your team. The customer service experience was nothing short of appalling—unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely dismissive of the issue at hand.

After enduring this dreadful experience, I had no choice but to cancel all my orders and demand a refund, as it became painfully clear that your company is not only incapable of fulfilling a basic order but also indifferent to the concerns of its customers. Now, after a year, I receive an invoice from your company claiming I owe payment for tires that were never delivered. This is beyond absurd—it’s insulting.

To make matters even worse, after receiving this invoice today, I spent the entire day trying to reach your company through WhatsApp. Unsurprisingly, your team once again demonstrated just how useless they are at providing support, completely ignoring my request. Not even a single response or explanation was offered—just more of the same incompetence that I've come to expect from your business.

How can you possibly consider yourselves a trustworthy company when you can’t handle the most fundamental aspects of running a business? From the shocking lack of communication, the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, to the inability to deliver on your promises, this situation has highlighted how unreliable and disorganized your operations are.

Frankly, your company has proven to be a complete failure in every aspect, and it’s laughable to even think you would dare to demand payment for a product that never arrived. You should be ashamed to label yourselves as a reputable business when your customer service and overall reliability are an absolute disgrace.

Finally the tires were collected 9th of August by courier...but... as today 23rd of August I did not receive refund... Again several emails with no respond. It is very frustrating that company is not able to keep promises and is not interested in current and possible future customers. It should be in company interest to fix the issue and at least communicate with clients like me.

Unfortunately very bad experience. I tried to exercise the right to return the tires. After many emails finally I receive corrected invoice and I was informed that courier will collect them on 18th of July... So... I took day off from work... Courier did not show up... After several emails I am still in "possession" of unwanted tires. No response to my emails... Today is 7th of August. I ordered the tire on 1st of July. Bad experience. Never again.

I ordered four summer tires on June 2nd, and today is July 8th, yet I still haven't received them. Whenever I call, they promise to send me an email with the order status, but they never do. The garage that is supposed to receive the tires has no information and hasn't received any emails. Now, I'm once again waiting on hold, currently at position 20.
The service is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. Their behavior is irresponsible and unprofessional, and I have no indication that I will receive my summer tires this season. What’s worse is that I have received no feedback from Reifen Direkt. This isn't the first time either; I faced the same issue with my winter tires earlier this year. It's sad that a company operates in such a manner.

15.07.2024 update: I initially placed an order for tires on the 2nd of June with order number RD52830209, which was canceled by you on the 8th of July, and got a new order number RD53029489. Unfortunately, my garage was never informed about anything.
Today is the 15th of July, and I am still without any information or updates regarding my order. I have already been waiting for over an hour to receive any assistance or clarification, and I was disconnected while on hold as caller number 4.
This situation is extremely stressful and, unfortunately, highlights a lack of professionalism in handling my orders. I urge you to provide an immediate update on the status of my tires and expedite their delivery to avoid further inconvenience and to communicate with garage as well.

I ordered tires from reifendirekt.ch over two weeks ago and havent received anything yet, even though the shipment was 4-5 work days. It is extremely frustrating that neither calls nor emails are being answered. Even the contact form on the website seems useless, as I haven't received any response through that either. RD 52729523

Very bad online store. The order was placed on 3/4/2024 and until now 2/5/2024 no delivery and no information regarding the order. They do not respond to email, no response to messages via the form. I guess I lost my money or if by chance something is delivered there will be a problem. As I read many people have a problem and still no one solves anything. Probably the whole thing needs to be inspected because the money for 4x tires is quite enough. Very bad or rather no communication with the customer, ignorance. I have placed order for summer tyres on 15.04.2024. Delivery was to be doen in 1-2 days. Today is 24.04 and I have no idea when delivry will take place. The guys are no reachable and get useless message by std email and chatbots. Delays can happen but comunication to customer is important in such instances. Very frustrating experience.

After waiting for 1.5 months to have tires delivered, they finally arrived.
Since it was too late, I had to return them and they arrived back to Reifendirekt on 17th of January. Now it has been 1.5 months again since the return and refund hasn't happened. No response to any contact.

we were wated for months to receive an answer concerning an incorrect delivery. no customer support. not recommended.

They dont answer E-Mails, they made a wrong delivery two times, and at the end when you want to cancel your order you won‘t get your money back. Even if you send letter from your lawyer they will not react. The strange thing is that as of my last order in 2020 his services and the costumer experience was acceptable. I think the company is moving in the wrong direction. I won‘t order anything there again.

You have already asked me 3 times if I want refund or the tires, and I have answered to these emails every time but you never send the tires. So please, I’m tired of trying to communicate with you and never get answer back. Just send the tires and give me a tracking code that I can follow the package correctly. Thanks…
