Even though the transport company failed once and had lost the parcel that was shipped. Rehviliider.ee dealt with it actively and sent the refund and I was able to purchase a new tire from them, that arrived fast as always.
Have made several orders from Rehviliider and everything has always been very fast and accurate. (except this one time when the transport company failed). I will be ordering tires from Rehviliider future as well, because of their fast delvieries and reasonable prices.

Very good overall experience. I ordered 4 Continental PremiumContact 7 tyres and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The website was clear and easy to navigate, and it was helpful that each tyre had detailed information available (such as rim protection, reinforced load rating, and EU ratings for fuel efficiency, noise, and wet grip).
Delivery came in two separate shipments — the first pair arrived quickly, and the second with a delay of a couple of days. Since the tyres were shipped from France, this was completely understandable. I also received DPD tracking codes for each shipment, which made it easy to follow the delivery.
I didn’t need to contact customer service, as everything worked smoothly. Prices were clearly lower than competitors. I would definitely order again.

If you haven’t already, please open a ticket via your secure customer area (or contact us via our contact form/live chat) with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Our team will check why the notification didn’t reach you (spam filter, incorrect address, carrier status update, etc.) and make sure it’s corrected for future deliveries.

For the first time customer, the shipping process was a bit confusing and as long as you do not have to engage the support feature, you are good. The AI is really not mature enough to be used as the support agent. But the tires arrived quickly. Will buy from them again in future.
