Excellent service provided, delivery was provided by Rehome and was professional and completed in timely manner. Very happy with the kitchen we purchased and the price we paid!

Excellent professional service from beginning to end. Great communication from each of the teams that handled the different stages of the process. The photographer that Rehome engaged was very thorough and presented the kitchen well. The price offered seemed very fair to both seller and buyer, so much so that it sold quickly that, even after the commission and the cost of removal, I received a reasonable sum - and I have the benefit of knowing it has gone to a good home and been re-used. It was definitely worth paying to have an expert team remove the kitchen (many other similar companies rely on the buyer to organise the removal which I was uncomfortable with) - 5 men for three hours and it was gone and on its way to the buyer, with no damage to the units and absolutely minimal damage in the room.
Would highly recommend.

Pretty expensive for what you actually get and can use. Worktop not granite as advertised and dishwasher was broken, many units damaged by previous install and no spares available from wren. 14 day period to check is not realistic. Just be very aware of what you actually getting.

Easy to deal with and kept me fully informed through the whole process

We sold our old fitted kitchen through Rehome in December 2024. They made it really straight forward and simple and the collection process was dealt with extremely efficiently.
Very pleased with the price we achieved too.

The experience of purchasing a secondhand kitchen went smoothly, the staff in the office were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and tried their best to find the answers to my questions. The ‘removal’ men were friendly, professional and helpful on delivering the kitchen and kept in touch to let us know when to expect their arrival. Would buy another kitchen from ReHome, can’t give a better recommendation than that!

Clear pictures, information and liaison with Rehome and the seller. Easily contactable and efficient in dealing with requests, time lines etc. Rehouse dismantlers were extremely professional and the fact its included in the price of the kitchen makes it easier to assess total costs. Very satisfied customer.

I found the experience in purchasing was good although I wasn’t really impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen when it arrived, as we bought a used kitchen. The dismantling team that the sellers used and Rehome use had broken quite a large chunk off of the corner of the granite work surface.
Overall given the positive and negatives it was an ok experience.

I highly recommended Rehome. From start to finish the process has been well managed and it took away the stress of trying to sell our kitchen privately.

DO NOT BUY FROM REHOME
I excitedly had a bid on a kitchen accepted and paid the deposit. We ripped our kitchen out and paid thousands for an electrician and builders to prepare the space for the new kitchen to arrive - making sure electrical points are in the right place etc. This was all to get ready for our dream kitchen in our first family home. With two kids under 2, me and my partner were excited ready to move in as soon as the Rehome kitchen was installed.

Just days before the delivery date Rehome informed me that the seller could not deliver for another 5 months - in June when a February delivery date was agreed in the contract. The reason given was that the seller “now needed to get an architect”.

I now have no kitchen for a young family and we are having to look at not moving house and seeking other accommodation.
Rehome have told me that they cannot enforce the delivery date that they had advertised and signed a contract for. I have tried to work with Rehome to solve the problem, offering a meet in the middle date to get the kitchen delivered but so far they have offered no solution but to repay the deposit. Trying to wash their hands of the issue rather than backing us and enforcing the contract with the seller.

I love the idea of Rehome but until thisis resolved it is simply far too risky to use this company as they cannot guarantee delivery or sale. The contract and delivery date you sign is apparently is worthless.

I will keep you updated on developments and update this review if things improve but we are currently still with no kitchen and no sign of a kitchen.

I’m happy that Rehome has worked for others but if there is even a 1 in a 100 chance that like us your kitchen wont ever arrive, having ripped your existing one out, having agreed the contract and paid the deposit, then I dont believe anyone can risk it and use Rehome for a new kitchen.

Having chosen this company we are feeling shocked, disappointed, we are seeking legal advice and considering our next steps.

UPDATE (Feb 2025): The Managing Director is now working to resolve this and has contacted the seller to try and get the kitchen delivered. We have sadly not yet managed to secure a delivery date or to see the contract enforced.
