Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 88 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers praise the excellent customer service, describing the staff as helpful, understanding, and professional in resolving issues. People appreciate the quick and efficient service, especially when obtaining vehicle information, and often express satisfaction with the overall experience. However, a significant number of people were dissatisfied with unexpected subscription charges, often after an initial low-cost report. Many reviewers felt the subscription terms were unclear or hidden, leading to automatic monthly debits without their explicit consent or knowledge. This lack of transparency regarding recurring payments and the absence of clear subscription confirmations were major points of concern for several customers.

Do not use this service

Do not use this service they are a subscription service but do not make it obvious on their website then they charge you $20 a week later with no warning that the 99 cent trial is ending. It’s deceptive and wrong.

Conducted a vehicle report on 12 Sep…

Conducted a vehicle report on 12 Sep for 99 cents. First thought was a cheap and realiable service, then was charged $19.99 for subscription from no where( I did not even ask for it or received an email regarding my trial or subscription info). They just charged u automatically without your consent with a saved credit card details saved in their system when you paid for first 99 cent baiting report. A Complete fraud, people must stay away. Sent multiple emails to them and it seemed they just got binned straight away without reply

scammer avoid at all cost.

**WARNING: Avoid this Scammer at All Costs**

You won't realize that you've been signed up for a recurring "membership" that charges you on a monthly basis. The frustrating part is that you have no knowledge of what your membership login is, making it impossible to cancel the recurring payments. Furthermore, there is no way to contact them directly.

Additionally, the five-star reviews seem fake. How can the staff be described as very helpful when they don’t even provide a contact number?

also the 5 stars review is fake. how can staff be very helpful when they dont even provide you with a contact number.

They deserve no stars.

They deserve no stars.
Company automatically signs you up to a $19.99 monthly subscription even if you don't have an account with them. There are no numbers to call and if you can't login then you can't cancel. Do not be sucked in by the .99c report. This is a massive fraud and they should not be allowed to operate. Go directly to the PPSR website and just pay $2 - all other sites are a rip off!

They make purchases on your account…

They make purchases on your account without authorization. I never allowed them to debit any type of service from my account. The next thing I knew, I received a service message from them, with the invoice and the debit for the amount.

I agree.Absolute shambles. They advertise their service for $1 - "Australia's cheapest PPSR" - without making it obvious that its only a trial fee before proceeding to deduct $20 per month.

misuse of card details

Absolute disgrace on the name of integrity and service, shows you $1 ppsr report, saves your card details and continues to deduct $20 every month, I have cancelled the service, deleted the account and just now got $20 deducted from my account.....
They misuse and store your card details to keep on doing this, this is their sneaky business agenda absolutely pathetic

SCAM ALERT!

Like many, I got scammed with an underhanded $20 ‘subscription’ after purchasing 1 report. Do not use this ‘service’. Go elsewhere and pay a one off fee.
