Don’t buy it

If you are in the touristic areas in July and August forget about Reglo working. They just say they have problems with signal but the case is that its too many people on the same antena. Don’t buy it!!!! Internet doesn’t work at all!
Also since I got their sim card, which was brand new, some weird number from Algeria and France (selling stuff) are calling me. Which means they probably sell info to other companies. The worst!

Must improve

3 stars as the mobile operator is good value and reliable.
Loses 2 stars (from 5 down to 3) as the recent changes to the payment system and various website (using android) changes makes payment an absolute pain in the backside. In addition it now states my chrome browser not supported and must be updated. It's the most recent release (again, android)
They really need to improve the customer experience. Used to be ok, now it is poor.

I live in Italy close to France

I live in Italy, close to the border line of France and work in Monaco, they charge me extra money for "not reasonable using" in the last 4 months, I've been client in the last ten years, and I've never had problems. Rules of fees in EU to much complicated and unfavorable for the customer. I Will change operator. I don't suggest it.

Horrible reception in many parts of Toulouse and France

The positive is that they have flexible plans that you can switch easily. Unfortunately, their coverage in many parts of Toulouse, Colomiers and across France is horrible.

Then the customer service over the past two months has been really horrible. I changed banks and Reglo allowed me to switch automatic prélèvement on two lines but on the third nothing worked. I tried online on their website, my bank tried, I tried by email.

Finally when the old bank account was closed, they suddenly woke up and sent me a really nasty email anonymous email saying my line was stopped for not paying 3 euro. Then suddenly they managed to setup the prélèvement. We decided it's better not to keep all lines with Reglo.
