Had a bit of a problem with the delivery but that wasnt the companies fault..The bad weather is Germany meant the flowers couldn't be delivered for valentine's day so the company re sent the original order and the flowers looked fantastic..The customer service was excellent and were very apologetic about the problem was beyond there control

Had a problem with the delivery firm and wasn't sure if flowers would be delivered in good shape. However Regionsflorist customer support made sure that a new fresh bouquet was delivered! Thanks for all the assistance!

This company was very understanding and during a time of bad customer service, this company did the opposite. I tried sending flowers to my girlfriend in Germany, but many arrived dead, because of the cold. Instead of telling me, oh well, that is not our problem. They send a new batch of flowers less than a week later and were always asking me if I was satisfied. This company does customer service right and even though they made a mistake, they admitted it and made up for it. Thank you very much.

I was looking for the online shop for flowers delivery and decided to order here. I worried so much because this was the first time I used the online service for delivery abroad and it was so important for me to bring a bouqet for my sister's Birthday exactly at the date.
When I made the order,I recieved the tracking code and online support so I was sure this is a trust site.
My sister received the flowers very-well wrapped and watered,a fresh-looking big bouqet and I was happy and thankful for the Regionsflorist.de for all the good treatment and very recommend this service for all.

I bought a plant as a Christmas oresent for my mother who lives in Germany. She is elderly, doesn’t drive and barely speaks German. The courier they use- DHL- attempted delivery and didn’t find my mum at home. Instead of leaving the plant (with pot) at the DHL collection kiosk 5 meters away, they were so kind to bring the plant miles away to a depot for collection. I contacted the company several times, requesting to either attemp redelivery or issue a full refund as my mother won’t be able to make the long trip on public trasports carrying a big plant with pot! Their response was offering 50% discount in future purchase! If this isn’ t obtuse and careless, I don’t know what is. I am very angry and find their customer service simply appalling. Will never use again or recommend. Avoid!

I live in Texas but my daughter is having a baby in Germany. Florist responded quickly to help me with my order. The flowers were delivered quickly and are beautiful. I also ordered chocolates and a teddy bear which my daughter said is super soft. Would order again from them!
