I love the way they handle the customers. Very loyal, very proficient, very professional.

Someone had written a rude message about me and the lady that was working on my paperwork sat the sticky note right in front of me. Once she saw what it said she go rid of it but I had already seen it. I was very uncomfortable after that. I will do everything online and by the phone going forward

They took on ownership and made me feel very important. Very good, professional, nice people.I would recommend this company to anybody, easy processing I think it was round, November 4th or third, I'm not sure of the date.

These reviews can’t be real because Regional Finance having a 4.7 rating is unbelievable. Everything seems fine until you lose your job or face a sudden life change. The moment you try to use the insurance you’ve been paying for, they suddenly act like they’ve never heard of it.

Their Bakersfield office repeatedly called and mailed “past due” notices while I was in the middle of an active claim through their own partner, Securian. Even after their insurance representative confirmed my payment was sent, the calls continued. Regional Finance’s lack of communication between offices and partners shows how poorly this company is managed.

I’ve already filed complaints with multiple regulators — CFPB, DFPI, and FTC — and I will continue filing until this company is held accountable. Customers deserve better than bad faith practices, robocalls, and excuses. I’ve documented everything and will keep doing so until this company learns how to treat people fairly.

Oswaldo is super helpful! gave me all the information that I needed and gave me different options of what I would need to make my application go smooth! He answered all my questions that I had without me knowing explained everything with great detailed.

Courtney was very helpful and was there for me in a time of need. Everyone in the office extremely nice.

This company is quick to give out loans, but the interest rates on their loans is ridiculously high. I would never use this company, ever again, nor will I advise any of my family or friends to use this company.
