Our live domain was taken off without any notice and the resolution provided was very disappointing. I agree that the problem is with the domain registry but as a domain provider, I believe Regery can do better in these scenarios.

Good support. There is only one minus: they do not respond around the clock, but only during business hours, which is strange for a hosting service.
Otherwise, they quickly and efficiently help to fix, implement, and connect all the necessary points.
