Paid for a domain and it was taken away
Paid for a ***.com.br domain, and in their website they write "Regery Trustee Service - You can register a domain even if you are not located in the region required by the registry" but it's NOT TRUE.
The domain only works for 3 days then the registration was taken away, money paid is lost.

Regery is a great registrar and hosting company. I have some domains there and the registration have been smooth. During a case of some unusual TLDs the customer support staff impressed me, as abnormally in these times. The Regery team was genuine friendly, helpful and highly professional. My contact with Regery make me happy. Great company, great people there.They have more than 2000 TLDs, fair prices, overall very recommended.

Regery.com is hosting phishing websites…
Regery.com is hosting phishing websites. In my case, they took down a site about which I complained but allowed the owner of the site to continue to host content there.
Regery.com actively helps businesses seize domain names that have lapsed in error! In other words, if someone does not reregister a domain, Regery.com puts it on a list they maintain. This allows perpetrators of phishing who wish to mimic legitimate businesses to use domain names that were previously legitimate businesses for fraudulent purposes.
Regery.com contacted me about this review by email, and they made clear that they would not terminate their relationship with the client about which I complained. Their response was pretty aggressive, which suggests to me that anyone who has a complaint about Regery's service should not expect good customer service.
There are also a lot of grammar mistakes on the website, suggesting that the service does not take great care in maintaining its service. I would be exceptionally cautious about using Regery.com as your hosting site.

Thank you for your review, though we respectfully disagree. The initial report we received was anonymous, brief, and lacked evidence. Despite this, our team resolved the issue within 24 hours, demonstrating our commitment to combating fraud. However, actions were requested that no registrar could reasonably take under such circumstances. Additional details were shared only after the events occurred.
1. The domain de**ns.org expired and was released per gTLD rules, then registered by NameBright, an unrelated entity. Domain availability check is not a tool for seizing domains, and this part of your review misrepresents the facts.
2. The domain does not use our DNS, hosting, or email services.
3. You later suggested removing the review if we terminated our relationship with the registrant, placed the domain on hold, or transferred it to you. We explained that we could not act without clear evidence or take unauthorized or illegal actions.
4. The review was posted 10–20 minutes after the report, raising questions about its intent, as this allowed little time for meaningful resolution.
Our team strives to act professionally and fairly, and we value your feedback as an opportunity for improvement. We remain hopeful for mutual understanding and welcome further discussion.
