I was on a waitlist for a product and, after a few months, was told it was back in stock. I couldn’t add it to my cart and had to contact support, who sent an invoice instead.

The payment link didn’t work, and the invoice didn’t appear in my account, so I couldn’t complete the purchase. Customer service was unhelpful and didn’t resolve the issue.

Overall, a frustrating experience. I won’t be using them again and would suggest others proceed with caution.

Their mistakes and significant delays have completely messed up the program. For compensation they gave a 10% credit, whilst there is a 15% discount going on. Silly and losing belief in this.
A further update.. another delivery promise failed and no update from them. wow!

If you’re considering this weight loss clinic, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The biggest issue is communication. Reaching someone directly is extremely difficult, and even after leaving a voicemail or sending an email, it often takes more than three days to hear back, if you get a response at all. I’m surprised how they managed to get 5 stars from the other reviewers.

Customer service and responsiveness need serious improvement. There are other clinics that offer the same services while also respecting your time and providing timely communication. Save yourself the frustration, money, and time by choosing a clinic that values you.

After going through all the blood tests and having an appointment via Zoom i was told i could get peptides to assist but I told them I wanted testosterone replacement therapy so they booked me in to have an appointment with Dr Turner as they told me that he can prescribe me with what I was requiring given my blood result testosterone levels were were low.
I had my telephone appointment with Dr Turner who was all about pushing peptides and no mention of TRT. I was then told after the phone consult with the Dr that I would have to be on peptides for 6 to 12 months before TRT would be considered.
Absolute joke, just another company pushing peptides you can get anywhere.

Product is great, however the 3 week wait time from their compounding pharmacy is terrible

Expect a delivery on week 3 after ordering.

Very professional Service. Thorough and quality medical consults, incredibly happy with products. Staff keep contact. Friendly and supportive.

Professionals. They do the job properly. Expect to wait a couple of weeks for product, but the quality is outstanding.
