Worst office management experience ever – avoid Regencyre!…

We had an absolutely terrible experience with Regencyre as our office management company in Spectrum House (32-34 Gordon House rd NW51LP London UK) Throughout our lease, Regencyre refused to properly intervene or fix the heating system, leaving office temperatures uncomfortably low—between 12°C and 15°C during the winter months. This made working conditions extremely difficult.
When our lease ended, Regencyre delayed the return of our security deposit by a staggering 65 days, despite UK law requiring a return within 10 days. During this time, their manager lied in emails claiming the landlord had already transferred the money, causing unnecessary stress and frustration.
To make matters worse, 18 months after our lease ended, Regencyre demanded payment of retrospectively adjusted service charges for the period 2022–2023. This recalculation came an unbelievable 23 months after the charge period ended. Throughout the entire lease and even after lease ended, we've been forced to involve a solicitor multiple times just to get basic issues addressed.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering renting office space managed by Regencyre in the UK to look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for tenant rights made this the worst rental experience we’ve ever had.

Mess up the relationship between tenant and landlord at the same time as adding costs for all concerned.

Their business model appears to be to collect rents from clients for landlords. This would appear to involve a few simple steps. 1. Send invoices. 2. Transfer received funds to the landlord. 3. Keep their books in order. Unfortunately, they don't even seem to have their own in-house software for these tasks and they send the invoices using "config at qubeglobal.com", which in my experience results in the invoices never arriving. Was contacted by "Jsilda" from Regencyre.co.uk ON 22nd January telling me that unless I pay the invoice they never provided me with BY 22nd January, my landlord will be acting for the recovery of the amount due on the invoice I never received. I wrote back asking when the invoice was sent, and what email it was sent to, and I received a poorly worded reply telling me the "origin invoice" was sent to an email address, and ignoring my question as to WHEN it was sent. Frankly, this company appears to exist for no other reason than to mess up the relationship between tenant and landlord at the same time as adding costs for all concerned.
