Aiden Carter is a legend

Aiden Carter is a legend, been with me all hours to get me to finally take ownership, always ready to help, answer questions and he has most definitely gone the extra mile. He doesn’t put any pressure to buy and I seriously cannot fault him, he even was on call to help with completion on his day off and took my call even though he wasn’t working, he’s a credit to Regency and in most the reason why I bought through them.

A great experience.

From the moment we visited meadowlands court and spoke to Tracey our experience began. Nothing was to much trouble for Tracey the sales advisor, she showed us around the site and we viewed the homes for sale. We made three visits before deciding we would buy our now new bungalow, glad we did we are very happy with the whole process of part exchange. It is a quick and less stressful experience than conventional house buying. The park is well run and we now have so many new friends and a lovely new home.

Very happy customers…

Great service from start to finish with our purchase on Forest Glades. Aiden Carter was great to deal with and professional, answering all of our questions and assisting us through, what was a very smooth transition from initial enquiry to purchase.
We are extremely pleased with our parkhome and the site is lovely, well presented and all of the Regency team have and continue to look after us well.
Extremely satisfied customers.

Regency living are very deserving of 5 stars

Regency living recently took over the ownership of our park home site, at Ranksborough Hall, Langham, Oakham, Rutland.
I am absolutely thrilled with the huge amount of time, effort and improvements that have been done so far. They have dealt with so many of the problems that the previous owners hadn't bothered with. The staff, in particular Sally Kirby, are courteous, professional, approachable, and are always contactable. They answer queries quickly they are easy to contact, and if they don't have the answer, they find out, and respond quickly. Sally and team have made a massive difference to our park, and my husband and I are really happy Regency living took over. The park is getting back into shape, the staff are working hard daily, and it's a delight to see how much progress they've made. The newsletters, coffee mornings and visibility and accessibility of staff is just a breath of fresh air. We finally feel we are being listened to, and they have our best interest at heart, to make our park beautiful again.
Very, very impressed with them, and would happily say this to any other resident, or prospective buyer.
Well Done Regency, you've surpassed our expectations, and can't wait to see what else you have in store for us!

Think very carefully before buying from this company.

We have lived in our park, Silver Mists in Dorset for almost 3 years.
We thought the previous park owners were bad, but Regency Living are an absolute nightmare.

They are not maintaining the site adequately, their primary focus appears to be about selling homes and not addressing concerns raised by residents, some of which have serious security and safety implications. Their after sales team are a complete waste of space, and how they are still in a job is astounding.

This is supposed to be a peaceful and stressfree way of life and it is anything but. You would be led to believe that their parks are luxurious, their service is fabulous if you look at their social media. What they don't tell you, is that they have a "traffic light" system for issues and things that need addressing. While I understand the reason behind this, what it does is causes untold upset and distress to their residents because what Regency Living may see as "non urgent" is the complete opposite to their residents. We have people living on this park that are so stressed and depressed by the way the park is being run, that they are now prescribed anti depressants. How is this acceptable?

We pay almost £300 a month pitch fee, and it looks a mess. The front entrance looks lovely, but the rest of the park is untidy, unkempt, has slip and trip hazards on the roads, insecure fencing, leaking sewage, lack of lighting, dead grass areas, power cuts in the winter ...I could go on.

If you are looking at their parks, do yourself a favor and look at what other residents across the country are saying about them on Facebook. They are not addressing the issues that are important to their residents, and when they do it's done as cheaply as possible using a building firm that's just as incompetent as they are.

Reading the reviews about another park down the road, makes me want to cry. I'm am happy that the residents of Tall Trees are seeing a difference there, I wish we had a park manager that could help us here, but we have been told we aren't getting one....why? Surely all parks should have a manager/site supervisor.

We have one groundsman here, who is struggling to keep on top of the site. Instead of employing another groundsman to help him they employed a cleaner to keep the sales office clean! What does that tell us residents about what you see as priorities?

I have to praise Szimi

Staff STAFF at Tall Trees Park ( owned by Regency Living)

The Daily Staff here go above and beyond to make the Park and the Residents Happy. They are happy with a smile, always listen, and do whatever they can to Please. Not so with the Owners Regency Living who are more interested in improving the COSMETIC look of the Park and Future Residents, rather than any PERSONAL approach with Existing ones. I don’t do many or much with Emails or Websites and my request to have everything in writing and on paper seems to be beyond anyone as no replies have been given. Well done Szimi, Chris and Reese.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Thank you Belinda

We put a deposit down on a Park Home, Deers Court Wimborne in Feb 25,we put our house on the market, had an offer that we accepted that fell through, we did same again for it to fall through yet again. We have finally completed 11.6.25 and start to move our possessions at the weekend. This process was very stressful but thought the whole process, Belinda has been amazing. She has kep our spirits up, kept us updated on progress and allowed us access to the home whenever we wanted it to measure up etc. She has liaised with fencing company and decking company. Now process is complete, she was first to congratulate us. Thank you Belinda😍

Miss Antionette Grant

My name is Antionette Grant, I reside on Reculver Court Herne Bay.
I would like to commend one of the grounds staff by the name of Ross.
He is helpful, friendly and accommodating and nothing is to much trouble for him.
He's keeping the grounds very tidy, weed free and he's constantly working and looking for jobs to do and he completes them.
He's very passionate about his work and is always looking for perfection and is very polite with all the residents.
He is an asset to Regency.

Silver Mists

Paul and I recently bought our home at Silver Mists with the help of Aiden who assisted us throughout the process ensuring it was stress free from start to end.
His professional approach was reassuring to us as we had many questions which he was able to answer giving us peace of mind.

We have recently purchased at Meadowlands Court and have been lucky enough to deal with the amazing Lisa. She is polite, friendly, professional and has kept in regular contact with us, answering many questions and queries promptly. Lisa is an absolute credit to Regency Living and they should be very proud to have her working for them 😊

We moved to Forest Edge Court seven…

We moved to Forest Edge Court seven months ago and found it to be a friendly community set in a wonderful environment. We are thankful to the support given by the site managers Karen and Eric as we settled into our new home.We look forward to watching the park develop as more people chose to purchase a fully furnished new home and engage in park life.

NEW FOREST GLADES.

NEW FOREST GLADES.
We have just purchased our first park home with Regency living and were very fortunate to have Aiden with us all the way.
From our first viewing to our countless questions Aiden was always there to help, even on his days off!
Since moving in everyone who works for Regency living have been lovely, we are very happy

Above and Beyond

I understand that there is a popular video game called "Call of Duty". The authors must have had Aiden Carter in mind when they came up with the title. Infact, the title should have been "Above and Beyond the Call of Duty", which is an accurate description to Aiden' aproach to customer care. On the day of my move Aiden came out at 8.30 in the evening and stayed till well past midnight whilst we tried to get paperwork sorted.

Thank you Aiden. You are a credit to your company and fully deserving of a 5 star review.
